Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The hottub, was not very hot and required some cleaning.

The hot tub was disgustingly dirty and cold. The sink would not drain, rooms are very dated, staff not overly helpful. The temperature in the room was 61 degrees, and would not warm up past 65. Breakfast was ok. Glad we booked through Expedia and not the actual property website, the room was not worth the price at 185.

Rooms are not as clean as they need to be. Also, some of the furniture and fixtures in the rooms need repair or be replaced. Armchair in our room was broken and stained. Toilet seat attachment broken and not clean. Breakfast is of poor quality, we ate breakfast elsewhere. Staff, however, are friendly and helpful.

This place is an absolute nightmare. The room was a health hazard and filthy, toilet was caked in urine and the shower was covered in thick grime. It was clear the room hadn't been properly sanitized in ages. The mattress and pillows were rock-hard, resulting in horrible broken sleep and stiff neck. Things went from bad to worse at checkout. I slipped on a thick patch of unmaintained, UNSALTED ice at the entrance, causing a painful strain to my neck and spine. When I confronted management about the filth and the unsalted ice, they were hostile and dismissive. Expedia support was just as bad, unprofessional, insulting, condescending, and dismissive of legit concerns and safety hazards for guests. I am a loyal traveler and I’ve never been treated with such contempt from both parties. Avoid at all costs.

No elevators. Make sure if you stay you are booking on the ground floor. Call ahead to confirm you can get the ground floor. Old style wall mount unit for AC/heat - super loud. Otherwise rooms are clean and quiet, staff were all polite and efficient :)

Although the hotel was dated, it was very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The breakfast was nice with a variety of food options. The beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet for sleeping.
