I didn't do the breakfast. Parking was good but over priced in my opinion.

$30 a day for underground parking is always my biggest issue…. Over $70 for two day parking is bit too much… lucky wife likes staying at delta or id save my $72 parking fee

A good Breakfast place would be ideal

We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and housekeeping service was provided daily. Rooms are outdated. The furniture, fixtures, wall coverings, etc. need updated. They did not meet my expectations for a modern Delta property, like I have experienced at other Delta hotels in other cities. However, the beds were very comfortable! We were able to get underground parking, but be forewarned, it is VERY tight! Especially if arriving back to the hotel later in the evening, it can be a challenge to find a spot that you can manoeuvre into, even with a very small car. Access to the casino and mall via the connecting skywalks was a nice perk. The swimming pools and waterslide are good, and it’s nice to have a deeper pool separate from the slide pool. I would stay here again, but only if the rates are reasonable.

Clean rooms. Pool area needs a refresh and general maintenance around the hotel is required.

Parking prices are very high.

The breakfast buffet had a large selection to choose from. We ordered off the menu. The food was excellent. We also went to the bar for supper and once again our meal was excellent and the service was exceptional.

Breakfast buffet was good. Indoor parking lot was good but a tight squeeze for a truck. Staff were all helpfull and very nice. Disappointing that the water slide was only open durring evening hours.

Underground parking is very safe. Staff was excellent. Nice clean place to stay at.

Nice location and we enjoyed the pool. We saw them replacing the waterslide water and checking the ph level of the water. Also, water park staff supervised which is a plus. The rooms were a little musty smelling and the carpet needs replacing as it is showing its age, but clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Very busy weekend so some areas were a little messy at times as staff was working hard to keep up with all the guests. Parking loading zone at front of hotel was blocked by work trucks when we got there which was annoying after a long day of travel. Would stay again.

Front desk staff some are very nice they were above and beyond and did the hospitality right. But others like the manger of the restaurant. Very aggressive and confrontation to defend the rude experience. One night I was at the buffet in the morning . One staff have been informed that I'm a guest . So I got seated the other waiter came with sneakyness ( has a Hench and wanting to investigate but with a nice face and smile and careful steps ) come to me asking me if I need anything then asking is I was working with anyone like air Canada then slowly asking if I was a guest .I just stood up and left and made a complaint. I already was seated n I told the other waiter that I was a guest. When I went to the front desk they were laughing in my face . Chief called and tried to make up but I wanted to check out and left because I didn't want to stay with the vibe that I'm being judged. Next week ok r two I forgot about it and brushed it off because the Chef was very sincere about the experience and apologized sincerely. . The next visit I went to the lounge at night to order something before bed. I asked the waiter for the menu and when I was about to order I said I'm ready to order. Then she loudly said " what can I get for you ? Butter chicken!. I said why would you think I was gonna get butter chicken. I said I'm good thanks and as i was walking away to bring to the front desk. She is following me to the front to make sure she is there when I make the complaint. Sonfro

Place smelled good, no wifi?? $30 for parking- per night?? Offer a discount on parking when you have no wifi. Provide more coffee stuff- or gage complimentary coffee in the morning. Pool is meh. Staff could be friendlier too.
