Clean room, free parking, close to the city

De kamer was ruim en schoon. Echter de airco maakte erg veel kabaal. Na een melding hierover kwam er iemand van de technische dienst. Die sprak totaal geen Engels en begreep niet wat we bedoelden. Na een vlugge blik op de airco geworpen te hebben, vertrok hij weer met de melding dat hij zo terug zou komen. Nooit meer gezien… Toen we dit weer meldden, kregen we de mededeling dat er niks met de airco aan de hand is en dat ze allemaal lawaai maken. Daar konden we het mee doen. Daarnaast was mijn zoon jarig toen we in dit hotel verbleven. Ik had dit vantevoren gemeld en gevraagd of ze wellicht iets speciaals voor hem konden doen. Ik kreeg een mail terug dat ze het genoteerd hadden met een smiley face erachter. Dat is ook het enige dat ze gedaan hebben want er is verder niks gedaan met zijn verjaardag. Heel jammer.

Second time coming to the Double Tree and we really love it. The spa/pool and sauna area is really nice, the room spacious, comfortable and quiet at night. We’ll be back!

Clean room very excellent

Nice and quite amazing suits , will definitely come back to stay at this property again ! And for it being outside the city it wasn’t that hard to get around .

Very nice hotel, the cleanliness and the pool is great! They also have a gym and an excellent restaurant on site. A golf course right beside if you want. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We spent two nights, the beds are comfortable and the shower is big and the room size as well. Only downside for us was a little far from the city!

The restaurant on site is very tasty, a little overpriced but still an enjoyable. The sauna was our favorite after the gym. Great amenities and clean environment.

We stayed 3 nights but our room wasn’t cleaned or made up the entire trip. No guest laundry. Very friendly waitress in the restaurant / bar - she was great.

Easy to park, 20 min driving distance to old Quebec. Quiet and convenient.

I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. After my stay, the hotel charged me for a bottle of water that I never used. When I called to discuss the charge, I spoke with the manager, Laurie. Instead of listening to my concern, she repeatedly insisted that housekeeping always keeps accurate track of the number of bottles in each room. She even suggested that someone in my party—or my one-year-old child, who cannot even reach those items—must have used it without my knowledge. The charge was only $4.20, but this was never about the money. It was about the principle and the lack of trust shown toward a guest. I explained multiple times that the bottle was never used, yet I felt like I was being challenged rather than helped. To make matters worse, the refrigerator in our room was not cooling properly, which was a serious concern because we had baby food stored inside. Housekeeping replaced the fridge, but when I asked management about the issue, they had no knowledge that it had even happened. This showed a clear lack of communication between departments. I expected much better customer service and accountability from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Great spot! Nice hotel with a great staff and golf golf course. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just a short drive into the city but still very good amenities close by.
