Very clean rooms friendly staff

Easy check-in/check-out, really clean room.

Many big commercial passenger trucks made parking difficult but staff found solutions

Staff are very nice and great customer service. Room was excellent, very clean, no issues at all. Parking eas a bit hard to find but definitely manageable. Only concern was ( OUT OF THE MOTELS CONTROL) lots of homeless / addicts across from the motel ( over by time Hortons)so going outside to smoke / freshair/ going for a walk was a bit unsettling but only cause sometimes they can get aggressive out of the 50ish people we seen out of the 3 nights only 2 were unpleasant!. The motel has security coming through the motel parking lot and stuff often to insure everyone's good. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you again for the hospitality and service. See you in July

Everything good. Just parking is the biggest issue. Had to drive up curb to park in a spot

Staff were polite and competent.

The hotel, front staff and room except the beds they could use more cushion were great. The other people staying not good at all. Very noisy and banging the walls all night. I would stay again but ask to be away from other guests.

There was loud music being played and every once in a while a dog would bark. They sounded like they were coming from the room above me. I called the front desk twice and both times I could here the staff member go to the room but the noise didn't stop. The staff member then came to my room to hear the noise and of course it stopped be for he arrived. The next morning that staff member found out that it was the on-site maintenance person who had a room in the basement and it was right below my room. The staff member apologized for the inconvenience.

I gave the unit a slightly lower rating based on trivial details. Concrete deteriorates and the surface was not like new. The inside bathroom door had been retouched with paint that was a slightly different color. The room was large, clean, well appointed, nice office chair - front desk pleasant. Overall, I would stay here again. It is close to the down town core, has a Tim Horton's across from the hotel. I was facing the street - yet the unit was very quiet.

Parking was a bit difficult due to the snow- but majority of the parking lot was plowed. Staff were kind and helpful. 4/5 because The shower had almost no pressure and had this loud high pitched whistle/whine that was awful.

The floor was al scratched up and the stove was old and the microwave was old and the hair dryer was old the room looks new/ old and it smelled weird in the room and the couch seemed old
