The location and set up was perfect.
However the execution was a little poor.
They didn’t have bags in the ice bucket and when I called, the question was “are you sure there’s no bag?”
And they gave me a room that was being worked upon, light bulbs and panels all over the place.
But the venue is awesome and so are the rooms.

I rarely write reviews, but I'll leave one here. I've tried many different hotels in Calgary, and I can say that this is my favourite so far! We stayed for three nights, but then took another one because we didn't want to leave so soon. Before checking in, I read the reviews and started to worry because I came across some bad ones. But we were lucky and everything was great. I want to note the soundproofing, we didn't hear other people at all. The curtains are perfect, they don't let any light through. Comfortable beds, pillows are available in both firm and soft options. Very tasty breakfast! Very good staff, everyone was friendly and created a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen has everything you need, we cooked every day. Clean. We are satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel. +Convenient location
