Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here.

Very nice hotel staff friendly breakfast was good and close to amusements just a short walk .

The staff was very helpful and gracious. The room and bathroom were clean and ready for our arrival fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check in and out was quick. Continental breakfast was fresh & had something for everyone’s needs. It’s a short walk to Clifton Hill and the falls @10-15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Comforter cover was wet, room was not clean enough. Not the best experience with family.

First they haven’t improved with the breakfast , they open 6.30 to 9 am but it’s always full and don’t have space enough to walk in the dining area, they don’t provide instant boiled eggs, they have already boiled eggs and come from the fridge and you don’t know exactly when it’s boiled and and the horrible potatoes They charge 20 dollars per day for parking if you pay cash and 22 if you pay by card ,when 100 meters to the hotel you have 5 $ for whole day and 10$ The room is plenty of dust by the fridge, on top of the bed,I did complain because they didn’t even change the bed sheet and not even did the vacuum They provide us only a couple of towels for only one person and when asked the staff answered that they are short of towels But the reception are fine, good customer service except one who charge me 40$ for a late check out when Expedia posted 30$,I stayed here from July first to 9 July but I wanted to stay more but unfortunately for the price they was asking better go elsewhere with better accommodation This is my personal point of view and I am not telling others to don’t make booking, as may be for me it’s was not that good and for the others it’s ok

I was hesitant at first but it was all worth it . Wifi is excellent: aircon is working perfectly and mostly free breakfast. Will definitely book again

I like how it’s close enough to walk to the falls on summer days. The staff are really nice and helpful. The beds are really high and were difficult for my elderly parents to get on and off. It’s nice that their room is considered quite accessible with the shower stall but beds are too high. All the pillows are very high. I think it would have been nice to have some different types of pillows. I ended up going to my car to grab a car cushion to sleep on. But overall it’s a very nice motel for its value.

This hotel booking was very deceptive. First of all, this hotel charges you a fee to use your credit card and then they charge you an additional fee for parking which I find deplorable. The hotel is on a main road, the bed is on a metal framed stand and the bathroom was in need of some care and attention. I can see why many of the hotels in this area are closing if this is the way they operate. The breakfast room is extremely small and the woman that checked me in was rude. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Superb location, very busy when we were there too!

Room was clean and the hotel was walkable to the Falls and Skylon Tower. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint would be the breakfast area is small.
