Except for one dirty used paper coffee cup and no stir sticks I was extremely satisfied with my accommodations! Excellent customer service!! Would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Nanaimo!

We did not have a kitchen but a microwave and fridge are in each unit, very clean, comfortable rooms . We feel very safe there and good parking, always quiet , comfy beds and a good sleep. Staff is wonderful also and very accommodating. Ed Bell

Very clean and organised.
Only complaint, we arrived at 8.30pm and it was freezing in the room.
We had rang and asked about what time we had to checkin as we might not make it until 9 to 9.30pm. Just thought someone might have turned on the heat.
Other than that, just like every time we have stayed there its been nice

Beds were very comfortable 😊Rooms were clean & bathroom , just a suggestion to maybe put a rubber mat for inside the tub( for older person 60+) & a grip bar would be used too ! 😊
