Highly recommend this motel. Nice people, clean property and convenient to several restaurants. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

The staff have to deal with a lot at once but the lady when I went was very helpful and made things easier. Pretty good spot for not a horrible price.

This is not a trustworthy place to stay. Booked months in advance and have a great record on Hotels.com, they process the payments for the weekend after midnight the day you check in, if your payment does not go thru they give away your room, they do not wait until check in time and they make no attempt to reach you. Left us standed hours away with no accomodations at all. We even messaged the location in advance to ensure ground floor and they did not message back giving any warnings either. Watch booking in advance and then receiving your new credit card with the new expiry date as that was the issue, the card was valid just the date changed since we books months in advance for our trip - Booked there for 3 nights and they did not care and did not hold the room until 3pm check in time. NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Wasn’t a nice place as I pictured

The floors were really dirty. The water pressure is terrible. It was weird that they didn’t have a soap holder in the shower. I thought that was a standard feature. Clearly not. The chair seemed like it was on its last legs. No pun intended. We had water leaking in the room. We think from A/C unit.

Staff was very friendly, place was clean and conveniently located to a few restaurants, and not too far to a shopping area. Area was quiet and bus accessible if needed.

Once we were checked in and showed to our room, we were told to be sure the shower curtain was closed because if water got on the floor, it would damage the room downstairs and that we would be liable. We also got told we could not have alcoholic beverages outside of the room. We would leave to play ball all day in the hot sun and come back to a hot room because they would shut the a/c off in our when we were gone. The clean linens and towels were kept in a closed in trailer outside and were stained. We bought our own towels after seing that. The walls we're dirty and had holes patched up, the curtains were cut off, never hemmed. We chose a cheaper hotel and didnt expect anything other than a clean space to sleep in. We had to call the hotel while in it because the breaker went. Once the staff turned the power back on we were told we couldnt run the air conditioning and the microwave at the same time. They were not even plugged into the same outlet. The reception office was locked at all times, we had to ring a bell and wait outside for someone to come. Unfortunately the weekend we went everything was booked, otherwise we would have left. The staff was very friendly, and the room was inexpensive. I believe thats the only thing positive I can really say. I would never stay there again. We booked through hotels.com and I believe the rules of their hotel should be posted before reserving. It was truly disapointing.

The guy at the desk was friendly but the room was not so clean and i'm sure was beautiful...in 1983....

I know not to expect much when booking a budget motel. But there is still room for disappointment. I arrived to check-in right at 3pm. The room smelled awful like old vinegar mixed with a weak cleaning solution. The front office reeked of cigarette smoke and I chuckled as the attendant reminded me of the no smoking policy. Check-in went smoothly. The door to the room had a broken deadbolt, removing any thoughts of security. The sheets and the bed were clean. The A/C window unit was loud as hell, but the room was 45° without it.. I honestly would not have even left a review, until the second night I discovered a COLONY of ants had decided it was a shared room, they took over the bathroom. For the price, I guess I can't complain, but maybe next trip to Hamilton, I'll have to think of another accommodation

I would have liked to see coffee available for guests in the rooms. The rooms were immaculate. The staff wad very pleasant. I asked for an extra pillow and was given it. The air conditioning was amazing. I enjoyed my stay. The showers were amazing as well with great water pressure.

La stanza non era molto pulita soprattutto il bagno, però nel complesso abbiamo dormito bene e abbiamo apprezzato la comodità del parcheggio.

Bed was very comfy. Room needs a good update and air conditioner needs a good cleaning

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We had a confirmed reservation, but when we arrived, we were told that our room had been given to someone else. At no point did the hotel call or email us to check whether we were still coming or to warn us that our reservation was at risk, even though we had contacted the hotel beforehand. Instead of trying to help, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They showed very little respect, were not friendly, not polite, and made us feel like we were the problem. There was no empathy and no real effort to find a solution after the mistake they made. To make matters worse, the hotel had a very unpleasant smell throughout the property, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the customer service was unacceptable. Losing a guest’s reservation without any communication is bad enough, but the way we were treated afterward was even more disappointing. I would not recommend staying here and would never return.

Clean room, staff was friendly. Parking right in front of your door

The staff was great, except the night guy on Friday night, we had a quick guess after our concert and we where very quiet and he kept bugging us for them to leave , we didn’t know we couldn’t have guess but apparently I signed it in the contract lol. A/C was loud but apparently there upgrading. Bed was very comfortable. Another than that a good stay.

During a family health issue I stayed at the only hotel/inn in Dundas. Booked 3 nights but left after 1. The window A/C unit was ancient, dirty and loud. Couldn’t sleep with or without it and to replace would only cost $180. Old door locks, old metal framed windows with mold, hand prints and shoe scuffs everywhere. The electric base heater ancient as well, held together with tape. First generation 24 inch TV. Bed frame and night table homemade. Exterior receives much more attention with flowers. Interior, no pride of ownership.

convenient & safe location, we knew it was an inexpensive, basic cheap motel going in; so not surprised or disappointed.. we got what we expected for the cheapest room we could find. It was clean and basic, we would stay again.

Old school motel, which is fine. Walked in; the room smelled of vinegar and? The Vinegar at least told me there was some cleaning, which is good. The bad: Inside of the door was disgusting at the bottom - looks like it never saw paint forever. I think my phone was bigger than the tv. Comforter stained terribly. Bed was disgusting in general - had not seen NEW linens in years and years. You pay generally pay less for a Motel and normally get less, but clean and general upkeep are not exempt. We walked out, turned our key in, got our deposit back and drove away!!!
