This is a beautiful hotel to stay while visiting Kelowna. The staff were exceptional, extremely accommodating and the property has beautiful views, board walk, and delicious restaurants. Rooms were also quite spacious for our group. Would definitely recommend.

Servers seemed unobservant and inattentive during breakfast and evenings in the lounge. We waited quite a bit of time for a menu, drinks and refills.
Sat at the bar and the workers at the bar were great.
Disappointing the boardwalk was closed.
We had to change rooms the first night due to a water system issue, it sucked but things do happen.
Our Room with a view of the lake was nice, the railings are starting to show their age and a glass railing would be a nice improvement.

The room was very small. Only one chair. Our key cards would not work so we had to get new ones 5 times. No real parking for handicapped people. We were busy with a family wedding so we did not have time to eat at the restaurants or use the facilities. Quite pricey.
