I stayed there before and it wasn't that bad, but the room I was in this time was gross. Lamps covered in dust, toothpaste around the faucet and on the wall, dirty floor, cob webs on the ceiling, a fake plant that had so much dust in it OMG... Bottom of walls that had not been cleaned in a really really long time in the bathroom... I am not picky and I am not a neat freak, but this was not pleasant. When I first came in the room, the cleaning products smell was horribly strong... But it wasn't even clean! I got a suite with a Jacuzzi tub... After using it once, I noticed it had brown residue at the bottom... I swear I myself wasn't that dirty haha! I swiped it with a towel which came out SO dirty it really grossed me out... Other than that the staff is nice and like I said, I went before and it was fine. The continental breakfast is sad and quite limited compared to other places I have been to.

Front desk staff were super friendly and accomodating at check-in. The room was great and met all of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Worst exoerience ever. Very outdated furniture and rooms , washrooms were so tiny. Windows were not even was able to locked. Terrible bed and bedding. Breakfast was served but no staff member was present.

It was ok. We were very pleased that it was pet friendly. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Le bain à remous est tellement chaud qu’on se brûle en entrant. Lors de notre seule journée, jlai vu une dizaine de personnes qui auraient voulu profiter de ce bain à remous mais quand il se mettait un pied à l’eau il sortait aussitôt. J’ai avisé la réception mais rien n’a été fait. Le bain à remous doit être à 95 degrés maximum et il était à 100 degrés Farenheith.

Très belle suite, grande et confortable, mais manque un peu d'amour dans l'aménagement extérieur

We were there for a few hours of sleep. My kids said there was sand in their bed. 1 lamp was not working. One light bulb on another fixture was burned. Fridge was making a loud noise. Bathroom had rust and didn’t look great. We had breakfast, it was good. A bit tight in terms of space between tables. Lise was great when we checked in just before midnight and she was still there taking care of breakfast at 7:45. If you’re just looking for a place to close your eyes for a few hours, price was great for that but I wouldn’t stay there for more than that

I must say Staff is Excellent. Very good explanation about the hotel. Easy Check in and check out. But the room was ok, not that good. Bathroom was really small need to make it bigger. Floor was very dirty. If it’s short stay it’s okay but i do not recommend for longer stays.

STAYED THERE WITH FAMILY OF 6 AND THE HOTEL IS OFF THE HIGHWAY AND MIDWAY TO QUEBEC CITY AND MONTREAL. WELL MAINTAINEDA ND VERY SUITED FOR FAMILIES, THE BRERAKFAST IS FAIR BUT THEY CAN DO BETTER IN TERM OF THAN WHAT WE SAW ROOMS ARE CLEANED BUT MISSING SHOE HORSE AND BATHROOMS ARE VERY TINY HAD A NICE 2 DAYS STAY

Room was not ready at check in time we had to wait around 45 minutes

The rooms were kind of dirty. The window didn't lock. And the air conditioning didn't work. It was very hot that evening. 29° in our room

Staff was great. I could stay with my dog and they didn't even charge my an extra fee. Bed was clean bathroom too. Room could of use a little paint to refresh the place

We stayed in this hotel last night and what a wreck! DO NOT be fooled (like I was) by the tempting pictures on their website. Our room was dirty, (there were cigarette butts under the bed...), the beds were really old and low, and the furniture was a mix of old and chipped pieces. The coffee maker was under a cupboard which made it uneasy to use. The only saving grace was the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, we were so disappointed and we felt dirty even staying there. Ironically, I had this place booked for our return trip home, but I have since cancelled it. Anything will be nicer. I rarely write poor reviews, but this one was deserving.....

Bon emplacement On a eu un problème avec la Clim mais ils Nous ont changé de chambre rapidement

It was quite a shock to realize there was no door on the bathroom!! I had read reviews saying it was strange to have the sink outside of the bathroom, but in our case there was no door at all. Even though we have been married for nearly 20 years, we still maintain enough decorum to not share the bathroom when nature calls. This was extremely awkward for us to deal with after a long day on the road. The vanity sink leaked onto the floor and the whole room needed basic maintenance such as caulking and painting. We were told the continental breakfast started at 6:30 am but when we arrived, the very nice lady behind the counter said on weekends it started at 7:30 (or maybe it was 8am). She was very helpful and started the coffee for us and opened up the dining area anyway! The staff is great but the room could definitely use some love
