The toilet and shower in this suite are where the closet would typically be, and vice versa. However, both the toilet and shower room ‘doors’ don’t go all the way up to the ceiling. So others in your suite will hear bathroom noises. Be warned if you’re planning a romantic getaway.

Great stay , clean room , place des arts very close by less than 5 min walk

Hôtel très bien situé. À proximité d’une panoplie d’un bons restaurants. Les matelas sont très confortables. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé la piscine au 12e étage.

I’ve had the most pleasant stay at AC Hotel Centre-Ville thanks to Adam. He is polite, attentive to details and made sure we could enjoy our stay to the fullest; extra towels, water bottles and bathrobes, indoor parking. Guiding us through every step, he took the time to explain to us all the services that were provided or could be added to our reservation. Thank you Adam for your kindness! I live in Montreal and I was really proud to have my friends stay over from Quebec City and visit me in such a nice, modern and confortable setting. Everything was perfect. We’ll be back!

Voici un review clair, honnête et élégant que vous pouvez publier : ⸻ Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La chambre était superbe, très propre et spacieuse. Le personnel était extrêmement courtois et professionnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également un gros point fort : tout se fait facilement à distance de marche, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Malheureusement, je ne pourrai plus réserver à cet endroit en raison du stationnement à étage. Le dessous de ma voiture a frotté à deux endroits en entrant/sortant, et ce malgré le fait que je conduise une voiture standard (Tesla Model 3). C’est vraiment dommage, car tout le reste était impeccable.

The room was amazing, all the staff were so kind and very, very helpful. The pool room was wonderful! Overall, a great experience. Would absolutely return and recommend!

Room in good condition, but staff not very welcoming and seemed inconvenienced by our arrival. That said good staff and service in the hotel restaurant, and good amenities.

The room was spotless ! The pool is amazing . Very comfortable mattress.

Overall a good hotel but not outstanding. Very clean, good accomodations and hotel amenities. The restaraunt on site was pleasent but over priced given the competition all around for dining. But points for the cooking. The entrance was not well designed. With a majot address on a majot street access to and from the hotel was undesireable. Especially in the ice. Real car entrance is in the rear only you have to discover this tid bit. The AC Brand should be outstanding not just good.
