This Hotel is the cleanest I have been in. It may be old but it makes up for that with how spotless the hallways and rooms are. Check in was quick and pleasant. Underground parking felt save. I would stay here again.

Great location! Friendly staff, I love the King size beds in the rooms, clean beddings too! I just wish they could improve on cleanness of the bathrooms especially the bathtubs, otherwise this has always been my go to place in Victoria.

Very disappointing experience. I had fully prepaid for my stay, but upon arrival I was denied check-in without any prior notice or clear communication. The situation took several hours to sort out and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations and pursue a refund. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication and customer support throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

I would never recommend anyone staying here, checked in and out within 1/2 hour.

Worse ever, in room have bugs on bed and washroom was not clean, no mat in bath tub. My brother slipped and fall down there. We have to file the case against hotel.

Good for a place to stay with no frills, beds were super comfy, lots of pillows, kind staff. In need of upgrades in the bathrooms but all around no real complaints for a nice bed and a warm shower kinda place.
