Très contente de l'hôtel et du personnel d'accueil. Un bémol sur le ménage : il faut demander expressément au personnel de le faire et celui-ci s'est alors borné à refaire les lits et à nous remettre 2 serviettes alors que nous étions 3 sans même laver le sol de la salle de bain ou réapprovisionner le papier toilette.
J'ai apprécié que ce soit de la vraie vaisselle au petit déjeuner et pas des verres et assiettes jetables comme nous avons eu à l'autre hôtel de notre périple canadien.

All the amenities we needed (bathroom, shower, heating system, elevator, etc) worked fine but there was evidence of poor upkeep and disrepair everywhere you looked. Breakfast choices were very limited on the Saturday morning but better on the Sunday morning where there were fewer guests.
The bed was comfortable but made up with only a fitted sheet and a comforter. No flat sheet.
The staff was helpful, polite, and professional.
Overall, though the accommodations were adequate, I felt I had paid for a more luxurious stay than I got.

The rooms were very dated. The trash can was cracked and a lot of things around the room were broken or extremely used. The receptionist was not very forthcoming with information. It was hard trying to figure out the parking without information and once we got into the parking it was extremely limited. I had a very hard time parking my truck behind the hotel. I was jammed between 2 other trucks.
The breakfast options were good.

Bad customer Service. This hotel is completely inconsiderate. My flight was delayed by a full day, and they refused to let me cancel the reservation or adjust my check-in and check-out dates. I ended up having to pay for an extra night for nothing, with most of the cost non-refundable. Very disappointing experience!
