歇尔布克 LMVR 酒店

Localisation parfaite près des activités de la Place des Festivals. Hôte très sympathique. Appartement propre et accueillant. Seul problème, la climatisation ne fourni pas à rafraîchir suffisamment l'appartement et surtout la pièce en mezzanine. Il faudrait à tous le moins un ventilateur.

Very accommodating to our travel itinerary. We were able to check in early and check out late on the day of our departure. Excellent spot and area for younger crowd to have fun in montreal

First of all, it's not a hotel! Its an apartment, and even though i called the owner a head of time, he still arrived half hour late, that means i had to wait him at front door with my luggages and had no where to just waited him to get here open the door. Sencond, the other man has very bad manners, after i got my back doors key (because the owner said that he doesn't have the front door key) i was outside with my friends to grab something to eat, and this guy called me, and yelled at me says that he has to have the back door key and i have to go back to the apartment pay him the cleaning fee( which they are not cleaning during your stay), unbelievable!

I honestly thought I was booking a hotel, but this was an apartment (not what I was looking for). The condition of the apartment was very nice, but there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and the toilet will barely flush. If you are looking for an apartment for an extended stay, this would be great for you. If you are looking for a hotel for 1-2 nights, this is not the right place!

We arrived in front of a gloomy building! it's an apartment leased by an individual! building without elevator. We had to find a hotel! Very bad experience and I do not understand that expedia put this in the apart hotel !!!!
