Beautiful location, stunning views and the pools/spa are incredible. If you plan on dinner at the hotel you MUST make a reservation, even if it’s just for two people as they were both extremely busy.
Our room was so big and luxurious. Definitely a place to return to.
As soon as we arrived ALL staff was so friendly, happy and helpful.

Clean room, amazing view. Great food at the restaurants! Amazing staff. Was over all an amazing stay. My wife enjoyed the spa, and we definitely took advantage of the heated mineral pool and hot tubs! Highly recommend!

The Staff was the outstanding factor that affected our stay. They were, without exception, friendly, personable and competent. The Guest and the Guest Experience was clearly their number one priority. The hotel is beautiful but I noticed a number of issues indicating a lack of upkeep. Light strings with several bulbs burnt out, the mini fridge in our room was not serviceable, One exterior elevator out of service. I love the SNUG restaurant but the menu was disappointing. Individually small issues but gathered together they negatively impact your stay. The great staff saved the day.

Room was clean, 4 out of 5. Shower was not working properly, but was repaired promptly. Pool was lovely and warm! especially great for evening swims. Dining was very good and ambiance of hotel was wonderful.
