Good clean spaces … inside and out.

Liked the salt water heated pool. Very clean pool area and lounging chairs provided The rooms were clean .there were no facecloths in the room

Great location with access to public transit. There is a grocery store and dining options available nearby. Within a walking distance to waterfront for those who enjoy exploring the city by walking.

Absolutely horrible experience with Oasis Inn. We booked well in advance through Expedia because the hotel was listed as pet-friendly. We even included a special request for a pet-friendly room when making the reservation. When we arrived to check in, we were told they do not allow pets under any circumstances and that we couldn’t stay. Despite showing them a screenshot of the Expedia listing stating the hotel was pet-friendly, they denied it had ever been advertised that way and offered no meaningful assistance. As a result, we spent over 2 hours scrambling to find another place to stay on a Friday before a long weekend, when almost everything was fully booked. We didn’t get checked into our new accommodation until 1:30 a.m., turning what should have been the start of our trip into an incredibly stressful and exhausting experience. If your property does not allow pets, please ensure your listing is accurate and up to date so other travelers don’t end up in the same situation.

Nice balcony and beautiful yard

The washroom flush did not work the entire stay. Even when we asked for it to be fixed, it was not fixed at all. It is a very basic thing for a place to have but we hated our stay as we could not even use the washroom.

I like that the pool was well maintained and clean. The parking spaces are too tight and can be really hard to park into. Also, the stairs are a pain when you have luggage’s to haul up and down. There were areas of the property that require some upgrades, particularly the exteriors.

It is a bit of an older place, but honestly, the cost was a better deal than anywhere of the more expensive places around. I was happy enough that I would come back again.

The room was big and clean. Pool is perfect for kids. We will definitely be back in Oasis whenever we will be at Kelowna.

Location and hotel was decent, but the person working at the front desk (I assume also the owner) was miserable. She hates smoking and exhaust (fair but) she would rather argue with guests than attempt to be accommodating. Arriving after a long drive and then having deal with the overbearing control freak was not enjoyable. We are adults who didn’t do anything wrong but were constantly being watched, so for that reason I would not stay there again.

Clean well looked after grounds and pool. Easy excess to grocery store and restaurants.

The room was clean and well equipped. Housekeeping asked if I needed any amenities, towels, etc. I was on a three night stay. I locked myself out of my room early one morning before front office was open. I rang the bell, a sleepy but pleasant person came to help me. When I checked out no one was a front desk. Back in 10 minutes sign was up. I had to leave for an appointment so did not get a copy of my bill at check out nor did I get a digital copy once the damage deposit was released.

Would go back there anytime!!
