The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Keurig, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pans.
Other guests had pets so I would say pet friendly.

A nice convenient place to stay, in good condition and well kept. Only issues I had were over powering scent in our room from cleaner and a lot of sand flies from the water location which is not a direct issue with the motel but should be noted.
