房間設施有多個問題，吹風機不能工作，到前台反應反映他們借出一個臨時給我。晚間的員工比較好及有禮貌。另外房間有一個電燈關關掣破裂，向早班的職員反映，他竟然叫我「收聲」極為無禮貌，另外我昨天早到，他表示未有房間，這個我可以理解，但翌日退房時見有另一位客人卻可以提早入住，我不知道是否這員工對亞洲人歧視。這酒店己經列入黑名單。 The room facilities had several issues; the hairdryer wasn't working, and when I complained to the front desk, they lent me a temporary one. The evening staff were better and more polite. Also, one of the light switch switches was broken, and when I mentioned this to the morning staff, he rudely told me to "shut up." Furthermore, I arrived early yesterday and was told there were no rooms available, which I can understand, but when I checked out the next day, I saw another guest able to check in early. I don't know if this staff member was discriminating against Asians. This hotel is now on my blacklist.

We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the see the beautiful Horseshoe Niagara Falls. Hotel included free parking and breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple so don't expect too much. Hotel is a little dated but for the location and price, you will not be disappointed. Walk 15 minutes to "Clifton Hill" streets, and you will find yourself at a mini "Las Vegas". 👍👍 The second night we walked down the street to see the Fireworks and Light show! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and nice holiday. 😁😁

Close to all amenities. Walking distance to everything. Free breakfast is a great asset.

The breakfast was awesome, the staff very friendly, the wi-fi was slow. The room was clean. But for the price we paid the room could have been a little nicer, loved the pool.

First night was terrible when we got to our room it had just recently been clean and had an overwhelming smell of disinfectant. We turned on the air conditioner because of the disinfectant smell plus there was a heat wave, we left to go out for the evening. We returned around 1:am when we walked into the room we were overwhelmed by a musty urine type smell that was coming out of the air conditioner I woke up throughout the night with a pounding headache. We were put into another room the following night. The furniture in both rooms were in terrible dilapidated condition absolutely nothing like what you see in the photos on their website. Quality is not on their priority lists, we won’t return and would never recommend staying at this hotel even though it’s in a very convenient location.

I liked the quick check in and out. It was loud. Room decor was old. Rust in bathroom sink. Did not use bath. Not appealing. No door on closet. Window couldn't open. Latch broken. Lighting poor. Not comfortable or relaxing. Breakfast not to my liking. Pillows were OK. Couldn't see soccer players faces on TV. Very poor quality. Strange smell in room. First time ever that I checked out before checkout time.

Hotel is older and shows its age in some places, eg. the bathroom. Great location next to new casino and very close walk to the Falls. On site parking was great, but get there early, it’s limited. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok. Will stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff.

Staff: When we checked in on July 9, the female staff member was friendly and helpful. However, when we checked out on July 10, the male staff member seemed rather cold when I informed him about the issues we found in one of our rooms. Room: We booked two rooms, and one of them had two maintenance issues: peeling paint on the ceiling and a ceiling light fixture that was partially hanging. Unfortunately, we didn't notice these problems until the following morning. Breakfast: The breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

Booked 4 rooms for a 3-day family holiday. Isabelle at check-in was very good, but her 2 colleagues (elderly lady and man) were outright rude and offensive in the way they treated us and responded to questions during our stay. The rooms were decent and clean but one room balcony door was sealed shut. The air con was SO LOUD, it made it impossible to relax in the rooms. Room cleaning was generally not a thing, with staff coming late in the day to ask about towel and supplies replacement. The hotel had TSN, so we could watch the World Cup in our rooms, but the TVs were quite small with poor quality pictures (think 20 years ago tvs). The best thing about the rooms was the beds, which were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was appreciated, but would be helpful if they opened earlier than 8am, as during the summer lots of guests were eager to get their day started and it was very crowded. The pool was okay, but humid and very stuffy. The one hotel lift bounced around at every stop and didn't feel safe. I wouldn't be recommending this hotel.

I would stay here again. Location, parking, breakfast, shower water pressure, and room comfort were all great. My only complaint is that the pool & hot tub were dirty.

The property is walking distance to the Falls . There are several restaurants choices in the area. Updates are needed to the rooms and bathrooms. Old TV, AC units and bathrooms in general.

Decent breakfast, only perk. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Beautiful spacious room , great staff. Not a fan of the poo,l personnally too hot for me. But it was beautiful

Breakfast was ample and the view from our balcony great. The place needs some updates.

Clean room and easy access to falls

There are two different buildings and one is definitely more dated. But the hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful
