Friendly staff even though my room card has been on and off for 3 times. She patiently assisted me to make sure my room card worked again. Highly recommended! Clean room , especially the floor. Even though my kids wore sock and ran around, sock was still white.

Établissement bien situé avec une hôtesse très polie et souriante. L'endroit semblait être en rénovation mais était propre. J'ai principalement apprécié la chambre avec un plancher de bois. Cependant, on annonçait chambre avec baignoire à remous et bidet. Il n'y avait pas de bidet dans la salle de bain qui était plutôt petite et seulement une douche. J'ai l'impression d'avoir payé pour une fausse pub.

Belles chambres lumineuses et rénovées. Très propres lit confortables. Breuvages gratuits! Grandes fenêtres c est super rien de négatif à dire!

Chambres propres et grandes, hôtel neuf. Manquerait quelques éléments de confort (ex : tablette / crochet dans la douche). Lit pourrait être plus confortable. Pas de service aux chambres entre les 2 nuits, mais je n'en ai pas eu besoin.

Mattress on bed was horrible , front desk clerk was not great , asked for a security deposit which was not mentioned in booking of hotel anywhere

Bien situé, facile d'accès, propre, calme.

Stayed at this property a week ago and booked this return stay on that positive stay Thhis stay was terrible. We tried to check-in about 5 but there were 7 people in line ahead of us and only one staff working.We waited 30 minutes and the people at the front of the line still weren’t checked in so 7 people were still waiting. We decided to go to dinner and checked in an hour and a half later. Our room was right next to the elevator and very noisy.The room was a different configuration than our one the previous week but would have been ok if the recycling waste basket wasn’t full of empty water bottles and used yogurt containers. That was totally unacceptable. We travel to Levis several times a year but because of their lack of consistency we will never book here again and recommend you pick somewhere else

There was no hot tub as was listed on Expedia's site. The hotel was clean and the rooms were a great size. The bathroom was huge. My only critique, apart from the misinformation of the hot tub (which was addressed with Expedia), would be that the hotel seems new or newly renovated, but unfinished looking with improper hand written direction signage and no furnishings.

Best place to stay when you're traveling from Toronto to Nova Scotia or Vice Versa. Very close to the highway to exit & Enter. Nice Parking Space, Enough for everyone. Have Plenty to space to Dine in, Gas Stations.

Excellent value, very clean.

Very spacious and clean room. Suggestion: Adding something inside the shower to support toiletries. As it is now, I had to set my body gel bottle on the shower floor.
