I wrote three messages in the spot that said Contact us. Not one response. The thermostat did not work and the unit was freezing. Despite setting it to 22c, the room temp never climbed above 17.6c. (I have a photo.) We could not stand being so cold and booked other accommodation for our second night. The phone number/extension number did not work either. Why would they put us in the furthest possible room from the check-in desk? The beds were comfortable and clean but we had to use the pillows from the spare bedroom to get a decent pillow height.

AC was only available not heat and it was cold outside. I turned the unit off and the room warmed to a good temperature. Likely on a boiler system and shoulder season can be unseasonably warm or cold.

Went with this place because there was not much choice available for that date in Sudbury. All of a sudden hotels were sold out. For a bare bones package, it fit the bill, otherwise, the parking situation left a lot to be desired- was a five minute walk from the parking lot, which was down the street a bit, which would not suit someone with a lot of items to carry in. Checkin staff were competent - nothing more

For solo day travel with cheap rates

it was very clean.

Everything was good with my room with the exception of the view. Directly outside the window was the dumpster. Thankfully, I didn’t have to open the window as this would not have been possible.

Clean rooms, reasonable price.

Overall, everything is expected for this price. Clean, friendly staff. The only thing, we have been to this hotel chain twice, is the very loud air conditioner

It was great. Cozy and clean rooms. Full bathroom. Kitchenette in suite. Full kitchen and laundry in building. Staff are great and security is in point.

The price is wonderful. The kitchen is spacious.

We find this very nice place to stay. There's lots of space. There's a kitchenette. And it's very quiet. The staff are very nice

Comfortable beds, thick towels, clean shower - everything you need.

The RCC was great — quiet rooms with enough space for us. I do wish there were recycling though — it seems archaic that there is no way to sort out recyclables in a place that advertises kitchens for guests. We would have been happy to bring our materials to the common kitchens to sort them. Also: although appliances are provided, guests should know they need to bring their own crockery, cutlery, and pots/pans/cutting boards, etc.

Everything was perfect just the area roads wasn’t paved well

It is a dorm in the campus of the university. The cleanliness needs improvement. The shower is good and the bed is ok.

It was nice to have two rooms and sitting area. This was great with small kids so we could put them to bed and still have an area close by if they needed us. The rooms were tidy and the beds worry surprisingly comfortable.

Bed not comfortable but good value during summer months
