Room was nice n clean, nice and quiet

Missed breakfast for my two boys. Staff only listed 1 guest instead of 3. Really bad.

The desk person gave me a hard time when inwnet to check out. He was gonna charge me $30 for the key, a piece of plastic. And he went to check the room and came back and said there was a stain on the bed and when he showed me, it was a tiny pen mark from a pen that slid out of my work bag. For that he tried keep my DD of $200. Then he stood there and laughed at me while I spoke up for myself and refused to show me the "key policy". He said I was being ridiculous and kept laughing while I was talking and pretending to look for the policy book. Customer service was crap and the attidude was crap as well. Staff was not hospitable

Great place

They had so much trash lined up outside. the beds were NOT american Queen, the beds were so uncomfortable. The 'guests' kept honking horns out front.

My room weas clean, nothing fancy but clean.

Good place. I'll stay again. A little pricey compared to the other 3 hotels in town.

Very mid hotel for the price, was up there for work staff for the most part ate nice people but lots of homelessness near parking lot, light was burning out in the bathroom

No one in reception when want to checkout in the morning, no instructions given to leave the key in the room with a note to refund the DD. Safety Smoke detector was removed from the room. When asked about it the staff said they don’t have one to put. Room not cleaned daily.

The bed linen have stains

Very nice property, clean, friendly staff, dining near by.

I liked the fact that you could go directly into the room without having to go through a public area. With covid, that made me feel safer. I didn't like the fact that the restaurant doesn't open for breakfast until later in the morning as I had to be at work before it opened.

I loved the room, even though it is an older facility it was quiet, clean and homey.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Another lamp to brighten the room on a cloudy day and a couple more plugs close to the bed would have been nice.
