Everything was good. The only thing I questioned was why the couch was clearly missing. Lack of seating for a big area left unuseful.

Property is mediocre for resort standards. Breakfast is basic and similar to best western or other 3 star hotels. It is expensive for how the property is maintained, looks beaten up.

Feels more like a Motel .

Everything was great for our stay, breakfast was great

The room was clean and comfortable although noisy the first night due to young people running up and down the hall (I think there was a sports tournament in town). The hotel itself, particularly where our room was in a second floor hallway at the back side of the building, was dingy and not clean. The stair carpets in this area were stained with what looked like vomit or who can say what. Caution if you stay on the second floor in the far left side of the building, as the floor drops down >half a foot from the stair well entrance AND directly outside of your room door. I witnessed numerous people tripping and one person fall as a result of this very weird building design. Both days we stayed, the smell of marijuana was heavy at the back of the building where we entered to access our room. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was sufficient and the front lobby was satisfactory. We did not use the pool and would have used the gym, except that the main piece of equipment within was out of order. I would not stay here again simply because I don't think the money we paid aligned with the experience or state of the place.

The complimentary breakfast and the fact that cold water, hot water, tea and coffee with cream and sugar were available 24/7 was wonderful.

Front desk was friendly but put us on the “don’t make up the room everyday list” despite me saying we would like fresh towels daily, and then when I called for the room to be made up and get fresh towels on the morning of the 3rd day, I had to call a second time later in the evening when room hadn’t been made up and no fresh towels. The room was finally made up on Day 4. The room was in the motel style along the side. Bed was comfortable and clean, however was positioned about 6 inches from the front window, either I had to access from the end of the bed and crawl forward or shimmy side to side to get in from the side. At one point while I was in bed, my husband retrieved something from the car, giving me a clear view of people entering the room next door and them of me. Floor is laminate and even though shoes were removed at the door, it became evident that gravel was making its way in to the room and to the end of the bed, requiring a brushing off of feet to enter the bed. Weird smell in the room upon entry so we tried to open the window - lock was broken, and “storm window” was permanently positioned with a 3 inch opening at the bottom. We kept our valuables in the car when not in the room, as a result. IMO it was very overpriced. The positives were that it was quiet and we both slept well.

Staff always went out of their way to help us with questions that we had very warm welcoming reception by the front desk associate our room is very very clean. The complementary breakfast is served from 6:30 in the morning till 9:30 in the morning delicious very well organized property even went to dinner at the restaurant and I’d recommend getting the hamburger there. It was the best I’ve ever had with the truffle fries they made this the best stay ever.

Liked everything are phone did not work

Clean and comfortable room. Decent breakfast, however always the same thing every day (if you stay a couple of days, might want to get outside breakfast). Very good customer service and safe environment. We enjoyed our week !

The breakfast was delicious. I always enjoy having a selection of fruit.

The hotel site shows pictures of the interior of the main building not the motel part. The motel part would only rate one star. Room small and looks like it was renovated on the cheap. Internet was weak due to the distance from the main building. If I knew I was going to be put in the motel part, I would chose a deferent hotel.

Clean room staff， and breakfast

Older property but in great shape. Very comfortable room, amazing pool and incredibly fun water slide. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend.

Friendly service and accommodating to all of my needs! Would recommend to anyone travelling or looking for a staycation!

Everything was satisfactory

Chambres propres et lits confortables. Décor un peu daté et certaines réparations cosmétiques seraient bienvenues. Stationnement disponible mais rempli à notre arrivé. Très bon rapport qualité /prix avec le déjeuner (copieux) inclus.

Nice having breakfast included. Need to drive to get to the city centre.
