We had a very nice stay here. We were offered an upgraded room with larger beds and two separate bedrooms. We were provided a bootle of wine in the room but, we don’t drink so, they offered us the Continental breakfast to compensate. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse, Canada line and there are many eating establishments right there.

I like how the rooms were cleaned everyday and that the bedroom has a bit more privacy with the extra doors that separated the living space.

Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel curtains and furniture should be changed to wood color, so that it does not look old and dark. It is very convenient to have a small living room and a small kitchen with a sink, microwave, and electric stove to heat packed food.

The transportation is convenient and you can walk to the beach. waterfront center. Eating is also very convenient, and many supermarkets are within walking distance, such as H-Mart. There is a McDonald's downstairs, open 24 hours. There are also many Japanese sushi and ramen restaurants. It only takes minutes to drive to downtown. The only thing that was not very good was that we booked a small suite and there was only a WIFI signal in the living room. There was no WIFI signal if the door in the middle toilet was closed, and even if the door was opened in the bedroom. In addition, the water pressure in the shower is very high, but the toilet flushing is not good. It needs to be flushed several times before it is flushed clean. This waste of water is not environmentally friendly.

We had a comfortable stay in a one bedroom suite here. The room was a bit dated but well situated in the city for all sorts of shopping and dining. Original Joes in the lobby, McDonald’s (for coffee) across the street. Easy walk to the sky train and good location for events at Roger’s arena. We usually come to Vancouver a few times a year for hockey games -we will stay here again.
