On nous a attribué une chambre au premier étage, celle que personne ne veut car c'est celle du coin, à côté de la porte qui mène à dehors par où les gens passent pour aller fumer. Sans arrêt, les gens entrent et sortent et font du bruit. Pareil pour la chambre du haut, les gens y étaient bruyants jusqu'à tard dans la nuit et très tôt le matin. J'ai mal dormi et ma fille aussi. Nous avons demandé pour utiliser l'imprimante, car il n'y a pas de business center, ils nous chargeaient 0.25$ la feuille. Et le sourire de l'agente à l'accueil était optionnel. C'est la 1ere fois que je suis aussi déçue par cet hôtel.

Friendly staff. No frills stay. Great value for price. Kids loved the pool and slide. Rooms looked updated but in the future could use glasses in bathroom or a couple of bottles of water. Internet good. Gym has no weights just one treadmill and a few bikes/eliptical. Breakfast was fine. Bagels/cream cheese fruit juice.

Came to St-Sauveur to spend the weekend. Stayed at this hotel and it was a bad decision.
Rooms were dusty. Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly, we even found food crumbs on one of the beds. The room above us was so noisy all night with kids jumping and screaming till 2am and then again at 7am. I had to call front desk multiple times and nothing was done !! The morning staff was so rude and had to beg the receptionist to tell them to stop.
Also hot tub fits very small and jets don’t work.
Definitely the last time I’ll be staying here. Disappointed for the amount $ we paid, I expected better way better than this !!
