Very clean and well-appointed apartment...AC worked great. Spacious enough for our family of 4. WiFi info on the back of your door...worked great.
Front desk attendant was helpful. Solid location: about a 25 min walk to Old Quebec, shorter on the way back since it's downhill)
This is an excellent spot for groups/families with lots of space.
Since it's a relatively self-check-in hotel, you'll receive a link with your door code and suite #. Well I never got the link, and day of I called, I reserved and paid for parking, and soon got the link. You do have to reserve the parking in advance, as it's limited. With the parking reservation, you'll receive directions to the lot, which is right behind the hotel.
There wasn't an elevator (apparently I missed this on the website)...not a ton of stairs, but just enough to be a little annoying in the heat.
I have since read that there's a service elevator that could assist with luggage. I wasn't aware of that while we were there.
There isn't any furniture to store clothing. We were only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't a big deal.
The parking garage has a height restriction (another nugget I missed on website 6'2") We have a Toyota Highlander that barely fit....and actually parking it was an adventure since it's so tight. Honestly I thought the $25/day was more than fair.
There was construction going on in the hotel, as it is being renovated. This would only affect those that are spending the day in the room.
