Trailsman 旅馆

The Trailsman was an excellent place to stay. Check in was smooth. The staff are very helpful. The continental breakfast has both hot and cold choices. The woman serving breakfast is very good at her job. The view of the lake from the deck off the room is beautiful.

The view was amazing. Right on the waterfront. The closet where the garbage can was dirty otherwise the room was quite clean. I didn’t see that until the following morning and I’m sure if I would’ve asked they would have cleaned it. They did let us get in our room early which was nice. The front office smelt very strong of some type of perfume that was not good for my breathing but other than that it was a ok stay. Breakfast was OK nothing fancy. I don’t know if I’d eat any of their baked goods as I saw a staff member put a muffin back from a table at the end of the breakfast time.

This property was slightly run down. I was going to use the coffee maker but it was dirty and broken. Everything was unplugged when we arrived, even the refrigerator. The main place where things were to be plugged in were attached to a single outlet. Rats nest of plugs into an extension cord. That outlet was loose on the wall, so not very safe in my opinion. As far as the window shades, they allowed a lot of light through. We put a blanket on so we could sleep. Ice in the ice machine was frozen solid and dirty. There was a nice river behind the property, you could sit outside and enjoy the view. I won’t go back. Sorry

Great location and a wonderful view from our unit. One major problem was that the television was too small and did not work with access to a limited number of channels and a very poor screen quality.

Everything was very good except the hairdryer needs to be updated

nice view from the rooms to the water on the back ,we can hear the road noise and Tv are small with one a few channels

The view of the lake was simply superb, however, the back garden was full of goose droppings. Needs to be cleaned, it’s taking away the charm that the view provides.

Clean rooms

Room was spacious with a couch along with king size bed with nice lake view in back.

We loved this quiet clean room with its great view. The deck chairs were bright and comfortable. We knew it was off-season so didn't expect the pool but would have appreciated knowing the complimentary breakfast wasn't yet available.

Owners/Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

Nothing fancy but clean and functional. Excellent access and beautiful views of the lake. Will rebook next visit.

I’ll preface by saying I know it’s the off season… but we found there was usually nobody around and things were pretty neglected. We found everything comfortable enough, our room had been cleaned and linens were clean, but the rooms are not in the best condition. Ther stairs to the building had thick ice. The rooms that you enter via a hallway are noisy (the key code for the door is super loud!) and make it feel more like shared accommodation.

Good location. Very basic, apparently no breakfast in March.

Terrible! Not clean! Food on the wall and on the floor. Shower curtain smelled terrible. Toilet was not secure. Electrical wires taped up. Not safe at all! Extremely expensive for the condotion the motel is in. Would not recommend at all!

Probably it was late autumn, many facilities were closed.

Great value

The motel was isolated about 10 minutes by car from Bedeck. The room was clean but run down. The restaurant did offer a decent free breakfast but was closed after 10 AM. We needed to drive 10 to 20 minutes to find a restaurant. People were accommodating but offered little in the way of suggestions for activities.
