We are a family with two children under the age of 7. We loved our experience. The property was clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was a little cold for swimming, but the place had an area for trash, laundry facility, playground, tennis court and two swimming pools. All Niagara attractions are an easy drive. Niagara on the Lake (neat town with small grocery) and Saint Catherine (beach, kids farm with playground) were even easier drives. If you want a one-stop shop for Walmart, we would recommend Saint Catherine. All in all, we had a great time. Just read the reminders and bring towels, bedding, etc.

We were pleasantly surprised. The cottage was spacious, clean and provided everything with the exception of sheets and towels. Staff were great, check in and out a breeze. Conveniently located near the wineries, the bridge to the boarder and Niagara Falls. Will definitely book again !!

We stayed just for an overnight (left early in the morning). Place was very clean. Didn't really get to even explore the resort/amenities. Location was great. Just 10 min from downtown Niagara on the Lake but much more affordable.

The space was alot smaller than I had anticipated, because it rained we were not able to utilize the large outdoor porch or use the firepit both nice options...carefully read all through your reservation because I did not and didn't realize that I needed to bring my own towels and linens...I have rented many cottages and homes that supplied everything so I was taken by surprise....our space had tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom but the office was closed when we left early in the morning and I there was no one to report to...I loved the location in the Niagara Region and its a great spot if you have kids, just rent the largest size available as it was a real tight squeeze for just two women...I loved the gated entrance and the ease of access with the tag you hang in your car and the gate reads the card hanging on your mirror...the unit could use new mats at the entryway doors and the ones in the bathroom are too big and a trip hazard...the place was nice and clean, just very small and missing a few essentials (dishtowels for example) I would recommend this place to a family who was planning on staying a week and came well prepared and rented the largest space possible...the pool is heated, very nice and they have a fantastic childrens area with a playground and huge splash pool in addition to the regular pool

We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. Paper towels were in the unit for the kitchen but when it was used up they said they don’t supply paper towel so we had nothing to wipe up with in kitchen. They had sprayed down the road with some solution that let the bottom of our shoes yucky even the next morning. Very poor experience.

Although it was pouring rain all day the day we arrived, the amenities looked pretty great. Our deluxe cottage however, was not very deluxe. First off it was not the cottage that was portrayed in the pictures when we booked it and there was no caveat that we may not receive that exact unit as shown. Hipuge difference. We were very disappointed. Make sure you understand exactly what unit you are renting and ask for pictures of that specific unit. The unit we ended up getting was run down, dated and very small. The ‘sitting room’ was an outside room with no TV or a table and there a leak in the roof somewhere. There was water all over the floor. The queen mattress in our unit was horrific. When my husband got into bed, I rolled all the way over to him. Even though we were there for less than 24 hours, our clothes and everything that we brought had a very strong musty mouldy scent to it. Personally, I would not rent here again unless I knew exactly what I was getting. This was unit 153.

When we showed up we were out of gas but we did not realize that until after the office had closed. So we had no way to make our food or take a warm shower. There is no after hours assistance. And a few days later we ran out of gas again because they did not give us a full tank when they replaced it earlier that week. But the cottage was a very nice setup and it was super quiet. We would stay there again but we will stay on top of how full the tanks are.

This was a really fun stay. It was quiet and I loved the patio and sunroom. The place felt really spacious. I could have spent the whole summer there. The grounds are clean and the one pool was even open this late in the season. We really enjoyed everything and would recommend this place to any couple or family.

The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family.

Staff is very attentive and friendly. Place was easy to access and everything went well. Super responsive through text. Would definitely stay here again. Had a nice fire last night and beds were comfortable even though they didn't look so at first. Was very surprised.

Unit was very corn. May have been brand new. It was perfect for a weekend of seeing beautiful NOLT.

Wonderful and clean accommodations. Friendly staff, cute front shop in office. Great pools. Close to so much to see and do.

Great place for a family with kids, or just a couple relaxing. Highly recommended.

Very clean and quiet. Accommodations were fantastic! Kids had fun at the pool and tennis court.
