Rummet var rent och personalen är alltid trevliga och tillmötesgående. Jag bor alltid här när jag är på genomresa i Praia. Och det är lika bra och trevligt varje gång. Det centrala läget uppe på Plateau är också ett plus, tycker jag.

La ubicación es la mejor que puedas encontrar. En el casco histórico. Puedes ir andando a cualquiera de los puntos visitables. En la web ponía que tenía parking gratuito pero no es verdad. Es fácil aparcar

It was OK, especially for the price. But convenient location on the Plateau, with shops, sights restaurants just walking out the door.

Good breakfast and near to a supermarket and restaurants. 5 minutes from a beach. Be careful when i did check in they wanted to pay again the fares and taxes! Took 2 days to resolve the problem. They speak in escudos and we don’t understand cuz we think is the city tax ( 23€) and they wanted me to pay around 300€!! Take whit u all the receives to prove what u did already paid. The rest everything was good.

Estadia razoável. Três dias sem internet, o gerente, que se chama Ricardo, extremamente grosseiro e sem empatia, esse senhor não deveria trabalhar no ramo da hotelaria.

Hotel is good, staff is nice and professional, very clean and located in good area.

Jag återkommer alltid till Praia Comfort vid mina besök i Praia. Alltid bra och trevligt bemötande av personalen. Rent, fräscht och välstädat. Och inte minst gillar jag det centrala läget mitt i Plateau.

Séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre de Praia. Je recommande sans problème

I love staying here because the people are wonderful, the location is great and views are refreshing at morning and evening

Though my Expedia reservation reads "One Adult", I don't know why it reads one adult as I was travelling with my wife and made the booking writing our names (two names) boldly (i.e. Reservation for "A" & "B" on the reservation form), so it is clear that the reservation is for two people, even thought "one adult" is showing somewhere else on the form, which could have been an error. At least Expedia and the hotel reviewed the form and didn't point out that the form reads "one adult" but two names were provided to be the guests at the hotel. The reservation showing my name and my wife's name was confirmed by both the hotel and Expedia. I informed the hotel that my wife will be arriving a day before me. When I arrived at the hotel a day after my wife's arrival, the hotel insisted I have to pay for my stay separately making two payments for us as a couple and that otherwise I cannot check in. I reserved one room for us as a couple, and the hotel is asking me to pay per head. I have never witnessed this in my life. The hotel charged me double payments for our stay for the number of days that we stayed there. That was very dubious and fraudulent behaviour on the part of the hotel.A BIG FRAUD. I am demanding an immediate refund of my extra one person payment or Expedia should refund the payment I made to it.The hotel actually told me to contact Expedia and collect my money. Once that is done, that will correct the double payment made by me. Expedia,please do the needful. Thank you.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bißchen abgewohnt. Das Zimmer war sehr duester von der Einrichtung her sonst aber in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Personal nett und hilfsbereit.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé dans Praia, pratique si vous ne restez qu’une nuit ou deux. La vue de notre terrasse était exceptionnelle mais l’entretien de la chambre laisse à désirer, nous ne nous sommes pas sentit à l’aise

There was not 1 thung I could say nice about this place , so we didn't stay it was so gross

The property was clean, felt safe, near by restaurant’s, Plaza, marketplace. Easy to walk around.

Very nice boutique style hotel. Amenities are limited including hot water.

Chambre spacieuse, propre. Bon petit déjeuner

power outages and no working internet in my room

Great location on the main swuare next door to supermarket. Beach is not close. Standard room, basic but serviceable

It was a great stay! Very comfortable, the staff are great and great breakfast as well! It is right in the plaza so many places to eat and near the market
