Localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso só tive uma grande dificuldade para controlar o chuveiro .

In Santiago for a month, Time Stay assigned me to a lovely one bedroom apartment with daily maid service, free breakfast at an excellent restaurant. ALL of the staff I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions and offering sound recommendations.

Good location but the third bed (second bedroom - closet) was not air conditioned…. Average facility

O check in é em outro hotel próximo, e esta informação deveria ser direta no check in, e só estava escrita em mais informações. Não há na portaria do prédio o nome do Apart Hotel.O café da manhã era excelente, porém também um outro hotel próxima.

Otimo custo beneficio! Boa localização, cafe da manha muito bom, estacionamento grátis e staff amigável

Excelente atención del personal, muy buena ubicación. El Apart tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía . Es Cómodo y bastante silencioso. Buena relación precio calidad. Debe mejorar el wifi.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two other couples. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Our room (201) needed serious updating and fixing. The toilet ran all the time and could not be stopped. We barely had enough hot water for one quick shower let alone two. The couch was horrible there was no cushion you had to have help getting out of it. The balcony was nice but no furniture out there so it did no good. The hotel said they had laundry facilities (which is why we choose it - they did not). Our friend's rooms did not have these issues and one even had a washer in it so we all used that one. The bed was comfortable.

Love this hotel chain. We have stayed at a few of their different hotels in this area. It’s centrally locates, very clean, quiet neighborhood, and an awesome staff.
