Spacious apartment. Helpful and polite staff. Good location near metro and big shopping mall.

1.地鐵站石橋牌站，可穿越太古匯B2至超市旁右邊電梯上去，往外出去往右前方就是旅館。 2.旁邊太古匯B1吃逛的都方便，旁邊有超商與港式餐廳。 3.服務人員非常客氣態度很好。 4.可免費寄放行李，收包裹。 5.有網路，但不太能用。 6.房間空間超級大的，有廚房、洗衣機、大冰箱。 7.浴廁很大，歐舒丹用品。 8.有免費一個人早餐，雙數天住宿可雙人用。 9.設備齊全，房間乾淨。

I would like to thanks all your staff while we are staying in Ascott GuangZhou and truthfully giving out a thumbs up for the service and support. 1. Check-in and Checkout is fine and speedful, and friendly staff. Thumbs up to Lisa (as I remember her name) 2. Although room is being fixed by technician for washing machine and bathtub, but we really do not mind about that. Even Technician is very, very nice and polite while we are moving into the room. 3. Very satisfied that you guys arranged Housekeeping to check the cleaning status after fixture completed. The housekeeping staff is really warm welcoming us at 25th floor on these two days. Hope to give her a message that we thanks her so much about that, really appreciated =) 4. I thought my room just included 1-pax breakfast, but lastly I found there is two coupons for breakfast. That is unexpected but much appreciated for that (although we are cooking by ourselves.) 5. Room is clean and beautiful. Keep up them well =) 6. Lift design is really in secured. =) 7. Broadband speed could be improved, speed not quite stable. 8. Kitchen is really good! But the microwave seems strange (somehow) Overall, we are really enjoying the service and apartment you provided. I am sure we will be back next time for the stay.
