服務和環境都非常好，古色古香，很多外國人入住。我入住酒店時正趕上文殊坊施工，早7點就開始吵鬧，叮噹聲不絕於耳，這些情況在預定房間時我並不知情，非常影響休息和旅行感受。望客棧在顧客預定該酒店時如實向客人反映該情況。以便客人及時做出消費判斷。

This was a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the buffet breakfast is great, the bed very comfortable, and the location is great. It's inside a sort of 'old town' style area with plenty of good food, it's also close to a nice temple and gardens, as well as near the metro for access to the rest of chengdu. Also, the shower is especially amazing.. Such a nice shower.. My only complaints would be that the buffet breakfast finishes at 9.30am, which is a bit too early for late risers like us haha. Also, there was once a small but ferocious insect in the room which bit my partner causing intense pain. I know this isn't the hotels fault and could happen anywhere, but perhaps the window and doors need to be sealed a bit better or maybe some insect repellant sprayed around the premises. Regardless, we loved our stay and would still highly recommend this hotel to friends.

We loved our stay at the Buddhazen hotel. It is situated in a charming square set away from the street and hence very quiet. There were many restaurants and shops around. It was easy to walk everywhere including kuanzhai Alley and renmin park. Our room was fantastic. It had a sitting area, a separate bedroom space as well as a balcony. Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. B’fast was very good. The downstairs sitting area is also beautifully appointed

The Buddha Zen Hotel in Chengdu is a rare find. It’s a wonderful yet inexpensive hotel in a lovely and lively part of the city, near the Wenshu Monastery. The rooms are a good size — mine even had a balcony — with good air conditioning and the ability to open windows. It is really quiet at night, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with both Chinese and Western food choices. In addition, the hotel is pretty and has a lot of charm. Another plus is that the staff is super nice and helpful. My 25-year-old daughter and I stayed here five nights, and we really loved this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is in the middle of old town shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will absolutely stay here again.

Unique hotel with culture, find your inner peace in busy massive city

I had a great experience in this hotel! The decoration and the architecture of the building is great! The atmosphere is relaxing and you feel like in a movie. The buffet breakfast was great! They offer variety of Chinese dishes, veggies, noodles, buns, many options to try Chinese food. They also have western options, so you can grab a coffee, toasted bread, milk, cakes and fruits. Definitely you will find something you like here. Personally, I loved trying Chinese dishes every day, there were always something new to try (I spent 5 nights there). My room was always clean, with service every day and also they provide a delicious tea (2 varieties) 💕 I have to mention that the staff was very friendly with me, I don’t speak Chinese, but they speak English so thanks to them we could communicate perfectly. The receptionist helped me to survive in China as none of my apps worked there. The location of the hotel was great! I think I picked the best area, you feel like in a movie or anime, all the streets around are beautiful and very Chinese (I say people I stayed in chinatown of Chengdu lol). I loved so much, even walking around the corner it was an experience. The monastery is very close (maybe 2 minutes walking slowly). All the shops and restaurants look traditional. The food around is great, cheap and delicious. Also there are many coffee shops and tea shops. I recommend this hotel 100%. Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and many shops nearby.

The best hotel for the centre of Chengdu. I will stay here again when I go back! Great character, great rooms, kind staff, good breakfast. Very well located

Grande Chambre(suite) personnels très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, et surtout l’emplacement est parfait… dernier point très bonne literie et rue très silencieuse.

staff were very friendly , hotel is in a nice area with food and shops its quite touristy. Room was large with large bed . its in a open courtyard so will be cold around the rest of the hotel during winter. Breakfast was very poor but overall enjoyed our stay
