Up to Western standards, quite clean, doesn't smell like smoke (nor in the elevators). Room very spacious, area around is busy. Above the value.

Nice and clean room and customer services is very good. Some interesting thing is they sent robot to room for refill shampoo very high tech. The location is very good convenient for shopping, eating and massage. Next time I will stay at this hotel again. Price is reasonable but the buffet price is little high. JW marriott maintain the high standard. Next time will try their dinner buffet, if hotel guests have speical discount on the meals will be better. Nearby sighseeing points are not enough, recommend hotel provide tour guide services for tourists. Ferry free shuttle bus pick up point just at the entrace of the hotel easy for travllers who take the ferry back to Hong Kong. But the pick up time is too early 2 hours prior the ship departure time. If late check out can apply it will more convenient to the hotel guests. The nearby shopping mall closed at 10:00 pm reasonable time for shoppoing and eating. Nearby massage is good comfortable and price is reasonsable. It is good way to spend 2 hours for relaxation and the environment is clean and safe. Hotel rooms have smoking and non-smoking. For non-smoking guests must request the non-smoking room because smoking room have serious smoke taste inside the room. Not yet try the swimming pool, next time be need to try. Overall is good for the hotel.
