提前留言解释了需求，结果酒店看到了还是没满足金卡会员的权益。酒店洗漱备品不足且质量不好，早餐非常一般，水果种类十分贫瘠。

Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behavior of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby during my stay, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odor in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, I eventually got used to it after the first night. While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality would certainly improve the experience.

Clean and tidy

In general location and service are ok , but service person at counter need to do training. Hotel did not consider the customers who locked at hotel due to weather problem, but only take hotel and staffs easy job into consideration.

拿到的房間雖是禁菸但菸味很重 打關愛專線要求換房，換到隔壁就沒菸味 其他都很不錯

The room is a bit tight with 2 queen size beds and a long sofa, the latter better be without to make up more reasonable space.

廈門海滄正元希爾頓逸林酒 is located the opposite side from Xiamen island, it is bid long way from central area in Xiamen. In term of quality, it is excellent with good quality of staff services, good view and sizable room, I would special thank staff Andy and Bruce to assist to book the vehicle arrangement during my trip. Good Hotels..

環境整潔乾淨~服務品質良好

The overall experience is good. However, some of the facilities needs improvement. 1. The shower place should be improved to let the water leaking faster, otherwise it makes the whole washroom flood with water and become very slippery. 2. My room key was not functioning twice during my 4 nights stay and I have to ask the front desk to replace the card keys. 3. Some of the decoration inside the room are damaged. 4. The refill of the amenities are not constant. One day it is running of the bathing gel, but the other day I got many bottles of the bathing gel.
