房間整潔有洗衣機非常方便, 并有智能電視. 位置非常方便樓下有商場及地下鐵. 早餐種類比較少, 但可以接受.

酒店位置很適中。前台職員肯負責整體都是滿分尤其是游泳池的職員很貼心服務。

我是从洛杉矶来大连，在這家酒店住了兩個月多，非常满意，酒店硬件设施很棒，服务人员从门口保安、大堂、客房等都很热情周到，特别感谢运营经理吉先生非常的耐心认真，酒店的地理位置也很方便下楼就是凯丹广场可以不出门就乘地铁直接到机场，总之这个酒店我很满意，下次来连还会住这里。谢谢！

nice and clean need to make sure the fridge doesnt smell

This is a new hotel, one of the latest in the city (only a year old). The C/P ratio is so nice as it has indoor swimming pool and breakfast included. The only deduction would be the indication light at certain floors while waiting lift, it was hard to notice even when the lift arrives as there were more than 4 lifts in both sides without any signal to notify the guest... I missed the lift few times because of that during my 4 days' stay. Great security as guests need key card to activate the lift. Staffs were helpful and proactive (most of them) and subway station is only minutes away on foot. Breakfast was buffet style and choices were fair considering it costed nothing extra. Highly recommend for business travelers as this is a quite place to stay with spacious room and costed about RMB 45 from airport.

这次预订四天大房，第一个给的房间西晒非常严重，室内冷气空调全开，下午依然室内很闷热，加上由于是一座新楼，装修味仍重。午后基本难待屋内，反应后先是说可以把窗帘全拉起来，经再三要求后，换了房间。 这个房间，除了卧室房门框不合完全关不上外，还好。 但是，入浴时没浴缸，仅有的花洒冷热水量忽大忽小，让人很不舒服，有小孩同住要特别注意。冷天入住前需多确认。 有一副理，和一位叫的Jason服务人员，态度特佳。但也有前台一服务女士态度冷漠。

A very comfortable stay with attentive service (including robot delivery). The Galleria shopping centre is connected to the hotel via level 5 so theres no needs to go out into the cold to get into the shopping centre! Room is spacious and clean with good amenities. Easy access to the east port of Dalian. Would stay here again!

Fraser Suites Dalian is fantastic- best place to stay here

Clean room, comfortable bed, caring staff, easy transit to most view places. A few minutes walk to the harbour, ocean side walk and the famous musical fountain square. It is a nice experience staying in the Fraser Suites Dalian hotel.

Very clean and quiet. Variety of restaurants downstairs. Premium Room has a very specious living room and kitchen. Affordable price.

Ekstemt dårligt for et 5 stjerne hotel. 3 stjerner var nok mere passende. Dårlig mad og slidt hotel. Fejl i booking, nøglekort, ingen service og dårligstand

직원분들 정말 친절하고 서비스가 좋습니다. 쇼핑몰이 연결돼있어서 식당이나 마트 접근성도 좋고요. 부대시설도 여행 중 부상으로 힘들었는데 휠체어도 대여해주시고 덕분에 편하게 잘 지내다 갑니다.
