We had a fabulous stay in Pan Pacific Suites Ningbo. The bathroom was great! I love the soap especially. I think Pan Pacific really has its own style and taste that is very suitable for modern young people. This time, I got help from Leo, a super nice and helpful officer in the hotel. From easy check-in to check-out, he managed to help me to get easy. Thank you once again Pan Pacific Ningbo. Recommended to choose.

I appreciate all the services made by Pan Pacific Suites Ningbo. If you come to Ningbo with your family, staying in these suites really helps in organizing everything. Children can have their own room and bathroom. Especially thanks to Leo, the officer who has been helping us with many things from check-in to the other information needed about Ningbo.

Great place to stay with a convenient location. Service was top notch, Andy looked after everything from the moment I arrived and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Very impressed with the breakfast and facilities.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ningbo, and once again top notch customer service from Andy which you rarely get in China, a nice surprise.

因为离客户单位近，这次来入住体验。感觉总体一般，与期待还有距离。周边环境不错，但是找餐饮、购物还是麻烦一点。房间设施好像有些陈旧，电视机画面模糊，清洁程度尚可。挑不出毛病也说不出什么好。

從機場出去酒店超級遠，打的要70人民幣，周圍荒蕪一片，沒什麼餐館，司機話是新開發區，如果出去吃飯一定要打的才能到，行不到的，太遠了，但ji酒店太荒蕪了，根本沒什麼的士到，等了很久也沒有，因為那晚很大雨，於是逼住在酒店內吃，好在有便利店，其他餐廳很早關門，9:30pm就關了。硬設施很好，大，靚，但房間煙味很重，很難聞，但我明明訂非吸煙房，為何會這樣？隔天去車站搭車去普陀山，也要搭40-50的士才到車站，離市中心太遠了，下次不會入住，

Great place to stay with a convenient location. Service was top notch, Andy looked after everything from the moment I arrived and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Very impressed with the breakfast and facilities.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ningbo, and once again top notch customer service from Andy which you rarely get in China, a nice surprise.

部屋は綺麗で清潔、広すぎる位でした。ジュニアスイート宿泊、一人には贅沢かも？ただ近隣にはレストランが少なく、現地に知り合いが居ないと不便かも？ホテルの従業員の働きも〇、総合で良かったと思う。

初めて寧波に行きました。心配なのでブランドホテルを選択しましたけど家族が蚊とダニに刺された。耳元で蚊が飛び回り熟睡出来ませんでした。3人部屋なのにリネンが準備されずに私が取りに行く始末です。未だに腫れて痒いです。

Serviced apartment area was a few minute walk from the hotel checkin in a separate building. Room was clean but a bit warn. There were no utensils, laundry detergent or the other things I would expect. Other than in hotel nearest dining was 10 min cab ride at Wanda mall. Not a bad place, but I think there are better choices in town.
