Staff was great. But Manager was inexperienced. I could not sleep for 2 nights until 3 am. Noise outside was unbearable. No local public Noise ordinances. Windows did nothing to dampen the chaos outside. They finally moved me on the 3rd day to a room on the other side, where the noise was not as loud but still an issue. There are better choices at lower price points. Myself, i will stick with Marriott properties.

Loved the lady at front desk spoke English.
I stayed for one night , bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was working great.
Is an old property, needs remodeling, especially the wood trim and ceilings. The English theme is nice hence the name.
