I’ll be there next year

Arrived late at night to find out our reservations wasnt valid as Spotty hotel had apparently gone into administration and are ubder a new name since the 8th of January. We arrived on the 26th. Called hotels.com i was on the phone for nearly an hour after travelling for 24hrs and they were trying to find us another hotel whe it wasnt safe to travek at night. We ended up having to pay again for a room less than what we paid originally and still waiting refund. The man on the phone knowing that were tired and confused needs to look at his attitue kas said have a lovely day

This hotel was closed when I arrived.

STAY AWAY I paid Travelocity, but when I arrived, they said there was no reservation. They changed owners recently, and apparently, the new owner does not work with Travelocity. I had to find another hotel. Now I am scrambling to have Travelocity pay me back

Ya NO EXISTE el hotel, llegamos y tenía otro nombre y no nos hicieron válida la reserva, y a parte la zona súper insegura, NADA RECOMENDABLE

Ótimo hotel, a localização é muito boa você consegue caminhar até candelária e também é bem no centro da cidade. O hotel é novo e tem uma estrutura ótima sem falar na decoração que ganhou meu coração

Me enviaron un mensaje que no podía hospedarse y me tocó ir a otro hotel

Llegué y me dijeron que ya es administración diferente y que yo no tenía nada reservado

Me encantó la amabilidad del personal del counter de check in. Atentos y amables, el servicio de restaurante también, variedad, muy rico y muy atentos. La vista siempre impresionante, amo estar ahí en el centro, con vista a las montañas. Gracias!

Cleanliness of the room was poor, i had to complain, but after my complain, the issue was fixed. The entertainment system was extremely poor, the television set is hooked on a tv system that works via internet, the signal is extremely week which lead to the tv signal cutting all the time, also you need to open an account or the signal cuts every 30 minutes..etc....they also registered one of my guest at random without asking me, which caused me to have to pay for a reccuring guest.

Everyone was kind and courteous and patient with me not being able to speak Spanish very well. Everything was clean and the nights were quiet and relaxing. Thank you for providing a safe place to stay.

Mi experiencia fue buena. Solo que en el baño no había luz y en la parte de la cocina tampoco había luz

Dans l'ensemble je ne peux que recommander cette hotel malgré ses " petits défauts" . A mon retour à Bogota , j'irai de nouveau dans cet hôtel malgré ses défauts . Un grand merci 🙏
