living better than Monteverde，but worse Wi-Fi in the room！

No restaurant on site, however plenty of options down the road. Staff was kind and helpful. AC worked well, nice balcony, great pools. Right on the beach, great stay for the price.

As far as I can tell, there’s ample parking places. Staff is friendly. The pool was as nice. The room cleanliness was mediocre.

This property is dated and was super disappointed there wasn’t breakfast but it was clean, quiet and safe. With DIRECT access to Jaco beach. This hotel is located at the south end, which imo is the best area for swimming and surfing. There is a large area to each if you bring food. The pool is nice. Staff was very friendly. One reviewer said it was a 10 min walk to town. That is by the beach NOT on the street. There are not many restaurants within walking on street. For breakfast we drove 8 min into town. Same for dinner. I would stay here again and recommend but be aware you will need to eat outside of this hotel. They do not have breakfast or restaurant.

The location was FANTASTIC. Right on the beach, felt safe and it was quiet. Our room was right in front of the pools which was super convenient and then we had a 30 second walk right to the beach. Everything from food, shopping, coffee and laundry were all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A great hotel if you’re looking for a clean stay and convenient travel around Jaco Beach

Overall the hotels seems to be showing its age, though was clean. Really liked the direct beach access, and that it is watched during periods of the day. Close enough to downtown for a short walk.

The staff at this property make you feel very uncomfortable, they stand behind poles and stare at you very creepily, especially if you sre female. Made me feel uncomfortable to even go to the pool washrooms by myself they stood there just stairing at you. We also left for a few days when we returned our room was still not clean, we were told by management that it is mandatory for you to be there for them to clean your room, you have to wait around all day every other day until they get you so they can clean your room. Towels were extremely stained and dirty, so were all the sheets and bedding. Did not offer face cloths of hand towels on 2 dirty towels per room. Beds were have broken with springs sticking out of the mattresses. There is no Resturant on site and a coffee maker each day cost an extra 30$ a day. Samantha at the front desk was the only nice person there that at least tried to get us an upgrade for the fact the rooms were so bad.

We spent 3 days and were happy with our room, the small resort and especially with the staff. Our access to the beach was also special. Great price!

Really good location

This was a wonderful place in a budget. My room was right next to the pool and just a few steps to Jaco beach. Best sunsets!

Todo muy tranquilo

It was a good location...we were supposed to have garden iew but it was actually the parking lol which you didnt want to sit outside the room fir. We were there 6 nights and requested new towels but never got any...or the garbage taken away. The pools were nice and the beach was right close.on a 10 minute walk to town.

I really have a sense of peace. And The hospitality is tremendous

Receptionist’s have zero personalities . I was there for over three weeks and my friends were not allowed to visit me , I had friends come from Tilaran across the street for the weekend it was uncomfortable having to go outside the resort to meet them . We are seniors going to Jaco for over ten years and are seniors no parties or such . Busy weekend microwave was never cleaned. Had a big spider in room Thank God my husband killed it it has certainly gone down hill

This is not a resort, it’s the worst hotel you’ve ever stayed at but it looks pretty. Great location on beach and pretty aesthetics. They don’t mention windows in your room that literally don’t close (really sucks being able to hear street traffic and pool conversations from 2 different directions of my room at 12am). TVs, showers, and faucets don’t work properly. No mini fridge in room for any groceries or drinks. Room was never cleaned during the day. Only drinkable water on site was in 90 degree heat next to reception, unless you want to walk half a mile to buy a cold one. Multiple areas to cook outside but it’s prohibited. 1 singular microwave for food in the entire “resort” This place is absolutely horrible and designed to make you go spend unnecessary money and feel uncomfortable. I’ll be disputing this hotel charge with my bank and booking website.
