The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Air conditioning worked great. The private beach access was incredible. Loved the location of the property.

Un séjour fantastique dans un établissement de qualité. Nous ne manquerons pas de nous y arrêter de nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour en Croatie. Personnels d’une grande gentillesse.

What I liked was they brought us fruit or pastries every morning. What I didn't like was that they didnt tell us that they were upgrading us to a room with a kitchen although we would have been happy with the room that we ordered, seaview room. So, because of that, when we got there she surprised us with a charge of €100 and it had to be in cash. I only had €60 in cash so she took the last of my cash. I told her she needs to warn people if they need to bring cash for deposits. Then on the last day the restaurant wanted €20 for a buffet breakfast and when we mentioned it to the front desk she said "we would have given you a voucher for €15". No mention of that on check in. We ended up going to the bakery across the street and getting a croissant (cash only) then bringing it back to the room and made coffee there. The restaurants in the area are ok. We liked the Olive Garden for dinner the one night but when we went back the next day for lunch we had a different server and it wasn't so good. The restaurant associated with the hotel was also good at dinner but when we went there the one time for lunch, the server didn't know what a mimosa was. So instead of asking me or the bartender, he just chose not to bring me anything. Haha. If you want to take this hotel's shuttle to the airport, it's a €50 charge and is basically a car and driver. The rooms were very clean. Overall, if you are not dependant on being able to walk places it's a nice place to stay.

Wow - what a beautiful room. We were concerned it looked too good to be true, but the view from the hot tub really is that perfect. Couldn't be closer to the beach, and the room was very comfortable - the terrace is stunning. Great value, and we couldn't have asked for a friendlier welcome: all the staff are fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier! Als wir ankamen wurden uns Angeboten für einen kleinen Aufpreis, auf ein Zimmer mit Meerblick upzugraden , was wir zum Glück taten, den wir bekamen das Zimmer mit der riesen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf's Meer und den Abendlichtern entlang der Küste. Es ist ein "kleines" schnuckeliges Hotel, alles war sauber und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Betreiberin ist wirklich super lieb, nett und absolut herzlich. Ab und zu wurden wir mit kleinen süssen Backwaren auf unserem Zimmer überrascht, das empfanden wir als super liebe Geste. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Am Strand einige Bars an denen man gut essen kann. Unsere empfehlung geht an die Beach Bar Lungomare , im Vergleich wirklich günstig mit einer riesen Cocktailkarte, was wir Mädels super fanden . Wir raten unbedingt dazu Badeschuhe mitzunehmen , den im Wasser steigt man nochmal über grosse Brocken bis man dann im tieferen Wasser gelandet ist, das wäre auch das einzige was uns nicht so gefallen hat, ansonsten waren wir mit allem zufrieden. Kleiner Tipp wenn man nicht selber ein Auto mieten möchte, am besten einen Uber schon am abend vorher reservieren, leider gibt es zum Hotel nur eine Hauptstrasse die chronisch verstopft ist und wir hatten grosse Probleme dort Uberfahrer zu bekommen, da diese , die Strecke wohl sehr ungerne fahren. Ansonsten absolute empfehlung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Limpio, en buen estado, ya que está casi nuevo. La chica de recepción fue muy amable y nos dio buenos consejos para nuestra estancia. Está además directamente en la playa, con lo que tienes tranquilidad cuando vuelves de visitar otros lugares.

Biggest disappointment is realizing this hotel does not have restaurant, and breakfast can be purchased at nearby hotel for 12 euro for adults and kids both. This if find rather expensive for Croatia. However, stay was very pleasant, weather even too hot, but this is normal for August. Stobrec road is always blocked, so count 15-45 minute stalls if traveling in Split direction.

Hotellet ligger godt lige ved stranden og værelset er pænt og ordentligt med god aircon og de til prisen forventede produkter (badeværelsesartikler, kaffe etc). Vi boede med skøn terrasse med liggestole og loungesæt og vidunderlig udsigt. Men det var en dårlig oplevelse at skulle lægge et 100€ depositum i kontakter (uden varsel) fordi der var en jacuzzi på værelset. Med værelsesprisen in mente må det forventes, at der ikke er ekstra gebyrer. Hvis man driver hotel bør man ikke være så emsig over indholdet på værelset, at gæsterne belastes af det. Det føles lidt som om, hotellet for nylig er steget i pris men ikke har tilpasset serviceniveau derefter. Der er ikke 24/7 reception, og vi spurgte derfor dagen før afrejse, om vi kunne checke ud kl 8 næste morgen. Først ti minutter over otte ankom ejer/receptionist og sagde, at man gerne må bede om tidlig udtjekning, hvilket hun tilsyneladende havde glemt var nøjagtig, hvad vi havde gjort. Hun forklarede derefter sin forsinkelse, hvilket bare virkede uprofessionelt. Derefter skulle vi bruge ret lang tid på at hun skulle tjekke, om den - tilsyneladende meget kostbare - jacuzzi var i god stand, før vi kunne få vores depositum tilbage, hvilket forsinkede os yderligere. Derudover blev vi bedt om at forlade værelset på dag 2, så rengøringen kunne komme til. Igen alene hotellets behov, der kom i første række. Man bør nok ansætte en ekstra receptionist og rengøringspersonale, så disse ting kan klares hurtigere (rengøring tog over en time).

Flott hotell, med utrolig god service. Veldig hjelpsom i resepsjonen, og fantastisk beliggenhet helt på stranden. Kort vei med taxi til Split

Nice stay at the rooftop apartment with the outside spa. The beach is like most good beaches in Croatia with rocks and limited with sand. Some restaurants are nearby and in walking distance, otherwise its a drive to old city of split.

We rented two rooms for our family. Booth the teenagers and the parents were very happy: Very good beds, very clean, the wifi was not bad, air-c was super and the hotel manager was outstanding. Good service at a high standard, cosy hotel. When coming back to Split this is the hotel.

Een leuk hotel met ruime kamer, jammer genoeg was het wifi bereik slecht. Het is wel handig om een auto te hebben ivm lokatie. Het zwembad, sauna, ontbijt doe je in het hotel er naast, op zich geen probleem en daar was de wifi wel goed :-)

Location is far from the city center but the area is really relaxing. Absolutely quiet, just two minutes from the sea. Gym is really small
