+Personalen var jättebra, allihop. Hade man frågor, önskemål eller behövde ändra något, så löse de det.
+AC funkade bra.
-Stort rum, men saknade kylskåp och säkerhetsbox i rummet.
+Områdets bästa strand, fanns rakt över gatan.
+Buss stannade utanför hotellet, efter en resa på ca 15 min, var man i Gamla Stan.

Nice breakfast
Room smelled like mold and appeared to have mold near ceiling.
No elevator in Annex so if you’re staying on 6th floor have to lug you our suitcase up six flights

Liked the room,cleanliness was good and breakfast was alright. Bar service was good. The location was excellent with good transport and nearby beach. Good restaurants nearby.Our first impression wasn't that good. The guy on reception was not welcoming and needs to go on a customer service course. Pretty rude. Didnt tell us where to go to dine, explain dining hours, pool location.or anything. Other staff were alright but not overly friendly.

Petit déjeuner correct avec du choix, hôtel bien situé pour aller au centre-ville en transport en commun. Proche de la plage. Le buffet du soir est très moyen pour le prix. Le tarif du parking est un peu cher. Mais bon à Dubrovnik c’est monnaie courante.
