帕尔莫塔宫4*

We booked Palmotta #4 for two nights (paid in full), #4 is on the "first floor". Croatia Airlines cancelled out flight into Dubrovnik (tire wouldnt hold air), so we were sent to Zagreb then the next day to Dubovnik. Meanwhile Palmotta Palace moved us to #9, 3rd floor. No elevator, step scary stairs. The receptionist was rude. All this being said, the location is great.

Good, staff not to welcoming, had to wait one hour for staff to arrive to be able to enter, and stair with gab was very uncomfortable

Misrepresented as a hotel. The receptionist was never there. We were lucky to get in to dial to be let into our room. Good location.

The staff was very helpful before and during checkin. The room was spacious and the property we’ll keep. Great location right off the main Old Town street.

No toaster or electric kettle

Very nice location and convenient. Only issue was the shower. The shower door had a huge gap so it pretty much flooded the bathroom every time you took a shower. The rest was great. We’re definitely going back.

A cental hotel ideal for town and transport hubs, good communication regarding check-in as the desk is not manned 24hrs, very helpful lady on arrival. Hotel needs a bit of cleaning especially the floor, also the shower needs to be re siliconed as its showing its age.

Great location in the old city!

El apartamento muy nuevo, muy bien ubicado en el centro histórico.

The room was OK, the bed was better than other properties in old town. Lots of space in the room and little extras. The only reason 1 star was left off is there was a horrible sewage smell from the bathroom that really needs to be fixed, it hit us right away every time we went in.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Andrea was amazing! She assisted with smooth check in and great suggestions where to go. Right in the heart of the city. The apartment with city view with two bedrooms was amazing. Very spacious and beds were super comfortable. Added bonus with a great breakfast included around the corner. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lovely space but be aware that there are a lot of stair (we were on the top floor) and further stairs into the bathroom so it’s not suitable for everyone!

Super bem centralizado

Det var en fin lejlighed som ligger i Old Town, så meget tæt på alt. Vi blev modtaget af en sød og venlig vært. Man skal dog forvente noget larm fra gaden om natten pga. bylivet, det var vi ikke forberedt på, men hjalp med ørepropper.

Nice clean room, excellent reception on arrival. Breakfast at local cafe was good, but they need to improve their coffee machine as drinks are only Luke warm. The hotel room was noisy, creaking floor boards upstairs and street parties in the alley. Room was not serviced on one day of our stay.

Fantastic location, very clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Television was difficult to operate,

Veldig sentral apartmani i en sidegate til Stradun. Vi bodde i studioleiligheten som viste seg å være høyest oppe (4 el. 5 etg.). Det var enormt tungt å gå opp trappene med kofferter! Dette kunne det med fordel vært infomert om. Ubemannet resepsjon- vi var kun i kontakt med eier via WhatsApp. Dette var helt ok. Det positive: Utrolig ren og pen leilighet med en god størrelse. Stille og rolig i selve leilighetskomplekset. Rene håndklær og deilige velværeprodukter tilgjengelig for oss. Espressomaskin og kapsler tilgjengelig på rommet. Deilig kaldt kjøleskap. Masse varmt vann i dusjen med godt vanntrykk. Det negative: Senga var utrolig hard og vond! Heller ikke gode hodeputer dessverre. Og ingen mulighet til å tørke klær! Lite knagger for oppheng tilgjengelig. Tven fungerte ikke. Frokost: Serveres på en restaurant i nærheten, og servicen der var ikke bra! Maten i seg selv, var tilfredsstillende. Støy: Det må nevnes at apartmani er svært sentral og det er flere utesteder i gaten rett nedenfor. Dette kan sikkert oppleves som svært forstyrrende for mange! I tillegg er det støy fra hovedgaten rett inn i leiligheten. Alt i alt: min partner og jeg var fornøyd med oppholdet!

We had one of the best mini breaks we have ever had

Muy buenos apartamentos todo muy lindo. 3 piso sin ascensor cansa, pero es un edificio histórico y no creo pueden meter un ascensor. Andrea muy amable, explicó todo lo que teníamos saber.

Best property, location and host ever! The apartment is centrally located in old town. Easy access to and from all the major landmarks and restaurants. Get dropped off at the entrance at Pile Gate and it’s a 5 minute walk (no stairs!!!) Andrea, our wonderful host, couldn’t be more accommodating. So easy going and very kind. She helped us adjust our itinerary due to bad weather. The apartment - is so comfy and beautiful. We had the suite with 2 beds and sofa, kitchen… everything was perfect! Can’t wait to come back for another stay in the summer time.
