Very lovely lady who runs it, very helpful and provided us with everything, clean property in the center with easy access to everything, very much enjoyed our stay

Solid choice for staying in the old town.

The lady that runs this place is very kind, welcoming, and hospitable! The location is also perfect! This place is way overpriced for the condition it is in. If it was cheap then dealing with the poor conditions would be okay but it was very expensive (considering). The bathroom has black mold all over it, is not clean, and smells very bad. The towels were no longer actually towels (they were barely hanging together). The pillows in the room were completely lumpy and quite gross. It’s not problem to us that the building was old (it’s an old city) but to charge a premium price, it should have at least usable towels, better pillows, and at least be clean!

The woman running this place deserves everything and more. She is the kindest and most considerate host I’ve ever had within my travel experience. Just a heads up that you should only come there with a carry-on but other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

Vi valde ett billigt centralt boende och det var helt enligt förväntningarna och bilderna. Dock - badrummet kunde ha varit renare. Dock - bra läge och ett helt ok värde! Ett plus för den trevliga damen som verkade driva stället som kom upp och bjöd på en god sallad en dag.

The host was so sweet and hospitable. The stay was easy going and comfortable. Highly recommend 😄

ドブロブニクの旧市街に泊まれるのは魅力的です。 部屋もシャワーやトイレがあって使いやすかったですがWi-Fiが部屋まで届かなかったです。 でも旧市街に無料Wi-Fiのスポットがあったので困るということはありませんでした。

Razoável, não tinha um banheiro adequado para banho, apenas um chuveirinho dentro da pia, quarto sujo, com teia de aranha, inseto na cama.

ubicación en el casco antiguo, todos los lugares a visitar quedan muy cerca y se disfrutar tanto de día como de noche. Muchos Sitios para comer y supermercados. El hospedaje muy básico, la habitación esta con muchos objetos y tapetes que generan olores a polvo y humedad, el baño en la habitación es muy pequeño y zona de cocineta esta muy antigua y en mal estado. La casera muy amable. En general la estancia necesita remodelación

I frequently stay at budget lodging and I found this a good value for the price. The woman in charge was very friendly, the bedroom & bathroom were clean, the shower had excellent water pressure & temperature, and the front entrance was "homey'. Be careful on the narrow stairs! Great location, would stay here again.

It was a terrible experience. It smelled, our bathroom was full of black mold and the kitchenette was so gross would not even make coffee. Our air conditioning was turned off during the day making it uncomfortable after being out all day. Would never suggest this place

The staff was very friendly. The location is excellent. The bathroom on the third floor needs improvement.

外からは何も看板もなく、全く分からず、重い荷物を持って、階段を昇り降りしてしんどかった。 立地は抜群で、屋上テラスからの眺めは最高で文句なし。 シャワー設備が古く、狭く、洗濯機がないのが残念だったが、コスパは良いので、若者向き。

It’s dingy and not the cleanest; we didn’t feel comfortable walking around on our bare feet. They put the extra toilet paper on the floor where people walked (with no wrapping), which wasn’t hygienic. There is only one plug socket to share with your roommates. The bathroom doesn’t dry out/air out properly, so there’s always a musty smell. But the bed itself feels clean. You basically get the bare minimum. Also the building security is questionable in the sense that even if there was a lock, the window beside the front door handle was left open so I was able to reach in through the window and unlock the door without using the key. However each individual room also has a lock, so that provides a bit more security. With that said, the location can’t be beat—just steps away from the Main Street of Old Town. It made our trip to Dubrovnik so smooth and convenient. Also one of the workers, an old Croatian lady, was extremely kind and hospitable despite her limited English. She let us have extra towels for the beach. It felt like we had a host family in Croatia, which was nice.

Fantastic location with friendly and quite a welcoming host

Check in was very easy and smooth with the instructions provided. Fair warning - lots of stairs tho. The location was excellent and very convenient to everything in the Old Town. If you need consistent wifi, this is not the place for you. I was on the third floor and the wifi was very intermittent. I could never stream a 30 min episode on Netflix without the wifi cutting off multiple times. Luckily I had shows already downloaded.

El alojamiento era viejo, las paredes llenas de humedad y manchas, el baño viejo, lleno de moho, sin ventilación y sucio, todo olia mal. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La higiene el general muy muy mal. Lo cierto es que es de los peores lugares donde me he alojado en mi vida. Por razones de salubridad no deberia estar abierto al publico.

I booked and paid the hotel but when I checked in, there was no room for me because the apartment owner gave my room to another guest prior to my arrival. The apartment owner overbooked the rooms and when I showed my reservation to her, she was extremely rude to me. The way she dealt with me and the situation was very unprofessional and cannot be accepted. She literally asked me to leave and pushed me out of the property at 11:30 pm without even apologising for her mistake on overbooking her apartment. She was talking in Croatian without much understanding of English so it was very difficult to communicate with her. When I was out on the street speaking to hotels.com to raise the issue, she dared to come out to ask me to leave even though I was in the public road. The whole experience is the worst ever experience I have had via hotels.com. The process to get my money back is cumbersome and complicated so please be aware.

Place is in the heart of Dubrovnik, you can not get nothing else better!!!! BEST LOCATION.
