We stayed for six nights and enjoyed every night. We were greeted upon arrival and showed around the place. The view from the balcony was beautiful over looking the waters and Old Town Croatia. We rented a car and the parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay here - the location was perfect, with easy access to the old town without the crowds. The apartment was huge and very comfortable, lovely rooms, and the deck / view was incredible. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating.

Mycket bra boende med fantastiskt utsikt tar ca 15 min att gå till Gamla stan antingen via trappor eller enbart på trottoaren. Nära till bad men ca 177 trappsteg att kliva ner/upp, men värt det.

What a wonderful location with balcony overlooking the Adriatic sea. Comfy and large apartment, a bit dated, but clean and tidy.

Check in was a bit of a hassle with the hosts expecting wrong number of guests and the check-in time update through directbookers system causing some weird confusion. The location is superb with a short walk to old town, but the apartment itself has seen better days, with some lights not working and the spare bed being not so nice.

We absolutely loved this accomodation - close to the beach and the old town, the hosts were perfectly attentive and accomodating and the views from the balcony were spectacular. There was even a kitten who made herself available, just as we were missing our own. When I come back to Dubrovnik I will not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is in a great location about 15 to 20 min walk from the old town. There are lots of steps and a big hill but it was fine for us. Great views over the sea and old town from the balcony. Sadly these was spoilt by 2 huge cranes which worked all the time we were there. The building work started from 7am and didn't finish one evening till 10pm. It was a shame we found sitting on the balcony in the afternoon after we'd come back from a day out too noisy. But I realise this is out of the control of the owners who were helpful and friendly.

Lovely hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Great view from the balcony of the old town and the wall and harbour. Over looking the sea and always in the sun. Great location. A good 15 minute walk to the old town but very pleasant. Would recommend this apartment. And. Plenty of room for 4 people.

By far the most welcoming stay I've ever had in Europe. The apartment was clean and spacious. The view was amazing, could see the entire bay and the old city from the balcony. The hosts are extremely kind and giving people. I've never had an experience like this one, but I hope that every stay I have from now on is like this one. Thank you so much for having me.

The location on Kralja Petra Krešimira was exactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal. Just far enough from the Old Town to make sure no tourists make it up to you, but still a pretty 15 walk to the city walls. The views from the apartment balconies give you a wide open vista to the open Adriatic, with the Old Town very present to the right. The apartment was bigger than I expected, and had a usable kitchenette and washer. If we visit Dubrovnik again we’ll try to get this apartment again. I think that says it all.

Apartment with everything I needed, helpful hosts, and THE BEST VIEW complete with a balcony.

Exceptional view, indoor and outdoor dining area. Lovely hosts. A/C in living dining area. Fans in bedrooms. Close enough to walk to Old Town easily. Had a wonderful stay.

Everything was great! It is about a 15 minute walk to old town with some steep cobble stone steps. And from the old town back it is straight uphill.

This apartment was super comfortable and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend!

Sipa is great and the owners are so attentive. Apartment is great and the terrace/view is amazing. It’s a 10-12 min walk into town downhill and 15ish coming back uphill, but you can always grab a taxi if you aren’t feeling up to it! Nearest supermarket is 5 mins away. We also booked the transfer using the website and was much cheaper than a normal taxi. Def recommend

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Best view of Dubrovnik from the large balcony. Better than the pictures. Along with this, the apartment is spacious, clean and situated within a 10 minute walk to the old town. The hosts were incredibly kind throughout our stay. They allowed us to check out late as our baby was sick and always there if we needed anything. Would definitely choose this place again if returning to Dubrovnik

Upea merinäköala, tilava huoneisto, jossa kaikki tarpeellinen. Alueella paljon portaita. Lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin. Läheinen rakennustyömaa aiheuttaa melua aamusta iltaan. Yöllä kuitenkin rauhallista. Isäntäväki ystävällistä ja myöhäinen uloskirjautuminenkin onnistui ilman veloitusta.
