We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The interior was great — modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. It was clear that care had been taken to make the space welcoming and well-equipped.
What really stood out was the night guard, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking a larger car was quite tricky in the available space, and without his patience and guidance, I honestly don't think I would have managed. His support made a huge difference and added a real personal touch to our stay.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I would happily come back.

We started badly, as the day we arrived there was really loud music from a bar next door until 3am. However, we were then changed to another flat where the noise was much less. We also had a few issues with appliances not working, but the property tried to fix them and if they couldn’t they let us use the appliances in another flat that was empty. The manager and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful apart-hotel. Superbly clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location close to all the cultural attractions. Came with the family, the staff was very accommodating with a later checkout so the baby could nap before we left. I’ll come back to Nicosia just to stay at Central Park Residences again—it’s an experience on its own.
