We spent four nights here and it was an amazing experience.
This is your classic European hotel located in the heart of historic Copenhagen. It has everything you would expect from a hotel of this caliber, from an outstanding organic breakfast to a hosted happy hour. The staff is warm an welcoming from the minute you step into the lobby until you leave. They all spoke excellent English that this older traveler really appreciated.
If you plan to visit historic Copenhagen this is the place to stay.

The location is really good and near city center.
Staffs are really nice and helpful. We stored our luggage at the hotel after check out. The room is really pretty, stylish and spacious. Hope to visit again!!

I stayed at your hotel from September 24 to 27, booked through Hotels.com with the reservation number 72065425988975 . When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that due to an internal mistake, the room I booked was not available on September 24. I was asked to share a room with my companion, and I was told that a refund would be issued to my credit card.
However, up to this moment, I still have not received any refund notification from my credit card provider.

Friendly staff - fast to resolve heating issues, which I truly appreciate on a cold spring. Great HH and nightcap. Central location. Unfortunately construction was happening right outside of the hotel, which was creating loud noises for breakfast in the basement. Trash bins near the elevators were smelly.

Overall, this is more than a great hotel. It’s the layback atmosphere and staff, the hip interior and excellent breakfast that does the trick.
I keep coming back time after time. There is one thing however that might make me to choose another hotel - the sence of mold in the air. SP34 is located in an old building and in need of repairs when it comes to the airconditioning. You don’t want your clothes to smell funky….
