wifi is horrible

Everything was average,only one stop to Copenhagen airport is most convenient to me.

There was a large rat in the bathroom that pooped everywhere and was on the toilet when I arrived. Then it went under the bed. The receptionist saw the rat too but did not help me. I stayed awake all night keeping an eye on the rat. It is unhygienic and a health hazard not to mention very disturbing. Nobody helped.

It was generally a comfortable stay. We arrived exhausted after a three flight red eye. The room was clean and tidy, but tiny. It was a very hot day, and the room was stifling. The front desk staff were very kind to give us a fan, and the windows did open but wouldn’t stay open so we jammed a hanger in the frame to keep them open. It helped a lot. A little problem with communication when we asked for towels as there was only a bath mat, and hand towel in the room. The staff person insisted she would give towels when we returned the dirty ones. After some gestures, she came and inspected the room and brought us 1 bath towel. We made do. Bed was very comfortable and plug in a desk height next to bed was useful too. Breakfast was boiled eggs, meats cheeses, cereal and yogurt, tea and coffee etc. I would rate the breakfast as excellent. Location was convenient to train, and grocery store near train station too. What I would change is to outfit the room for two people. An extra chair for a suitcase, more hangers, and two complete sets of towels. I think it was good value overall.

I was a bit surprised that it does not provide Airport shuttle service. The only way to get to the airport is taxi, which costs more than 20 euros.

Bittelite rom. Ingen ventilasjon eller avtrekk eller aircondition. Utrolig dårlig luft, klamt på badet og sluken tok ikke av for vannet i dusjen. Det lå to cm med vann på hele badegulvet. Frokosten var grei, men litt stusslig utvalg.

Close to the airport. Good for an overnight stay and ona budget.

The location is close to the airport. The room had the advertised amenities. Compact washroom. Very crowded breakfast area the following morning.

Vi skulle bare ha en kjapp overnatting på hjemveien. Greit til prisen og frokosten var bedre enn forventet. Ikke aircondition men det visste vi så hadde heldigvis vifte. Vi oppgraderte rommet. Gode senger og hyggelig personale. Lett tilgjengelig og gratis parkering.

Hotellets läge var inte det bästa förutom att det låg nära till flygplatsen.

God beliggenhed, tæt på station og lufthavn

Clean, nice and value for money only thing was the man in the reception thinking he was more important than the customers ☺️

Our economy double room was just barely adequate--really too small for two adults with large suitcases. We stayed two nights and so were really affected by the small size of the room. Contrary to the photos on Expedia, the bath was in a closet: a tiny sink at one end, the toilet at the other. To take a shower, one had to pull a curtain to shield the toilet and then lift a knob on the sink's faucet to divert water to the handheld shower head on the wall mount. To clear the mirror and get the floor to dry, we had to use the squeegee provided by stepping out of the bath closet. We figured out that only one person could be in the room to shower, so the other went down to breakfast while the other showered. While walking down the hall, we noticed other rooms had nice hardwood flooring; ours had blue, matted indoor-outdoor carpet. some of which was wet when we arrived. It looks like, eventually, all the rooms will be updated; it was just disappointing that we ended up with an older room. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent: fresh bread, rolls, jams, cold cuts, cheese, hard- and soft-boiled eggs, yogurt, granola, juice, and coffee. The staff in charge of the breakfast room was efficient and made sure trays were cleared away regularly and that the food items were replenished when needed. The reception desk staff was wonderful, too--they helped us in many ways. Last note: The hotel also offers 4-hour use of a laundry room with washer and dryer for a reasonable price.

The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The room was basic but clean. No air conditioning but the window did open and it was cool enough to get a breeze. Hallways were stifling as was the room before we opened the window. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Nice selection of cold foods and strong coffee.

Værelse var rent men småt 12 km2 og en halvandenmands seng, med en halvhård madras. Badværelse meget småt, afløb var stoppet men blev hurtigt renset af personalet. Morgenmad var udmærket. Rent overalt på hotellet. Personalet var ualmindelig serviceminded og imødekommende. Næste gang vi vi gå efter et større værelse.

Nice, clean hotel, good for my 1 night layover with a good buffet breakfast. Not too much around. There is a plaza one block away across the street that has a grocery store, a pub and a fast food restaurant.

Fruktansvärt liten säng som absolut inte håller måttet mot vad en Queensize-säng!!
