hice la reserva, al minuto de ingresar al lugar cancelaron la reserva pero no hicieron la devolucion del dinero, ni dieron ninguna solucion

Me gustaria sabanas y toallas más nuevas, el olor del agua en mi estadía tenia un olor a azufre, deberían revisarlo. La atención si fue buena, el hotel es bonito y rustico, las televisión mas grandes seria mejor

The staff were very welcoming and helpful; however, the room did not appear clean. The bedsheets and covers looked worn and unclean. The shower drain gets clogged every time someone showers, and it takes time to unclog.

The property is outdated and not safe around the area. Not clean and no privacy.

Muy lindo el hotel, la habitación super cómoda y limpia

Very average basic property with thin walls so could hear lots of noise especially in the morning. Not the cleanest either. Staff are helpful booking taxi for us and also doing our laundry for $10. Breakfast also basic, with bread, some fruit and eggs. It is far from most things, we had to take a cab regularly. Decent Artisanal market close by.

The staff is friendly and helpful , the place needs updating but not bad for the price

There is a partnership between Expedia and the Casa de las Rosas Hotel to steal people's money.

We stayed in the Azul room with balcony, which was nice. Although we could hear people in the hallway and going up the stairs, we didn’t hear anyone else when they were in their rooms, not even the family with a baby. Breakfast was simple and a nice way to start the day. One problem with our room was a broken latch on the balcony door, so we heard street noise all night. My only other criticism was the $15 charge for pickup from the airport, which is less than 5 minutes from the hostal. We also had to leave at 6am, and the receptionist said she arranged a taxi to pick us up, but after waiting until 6:10, we finally walked to the corner and hailed our own taxi. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

I had to ask for towels, shampoo etc.. almost everyday. I had to ask them to clean my room. I had waited 3 days. They had 24 hour service, however I had to wait nearly an hour to enter my room, bc they were sleeping and didn't hear the phone calls and banging on the door. 3 stars, I know may be too much. but they were apologetic and cordial

Pedi por favor el reembolso porque me equivoqué de pais, ya que no lo especificaba y nadie me contestó y por telefono no conseguí contactar con ellos. Les envié un correo pero se quedaron con el dinero.

El hotel está ubicado, en una zona peligrosa en Cuenca. En la noche es peligroso salir.

Llegué a este hotel y según ellos no tenía ninguna reservación y la aplicación de hoteles.com cobraron mi estadía de mi tarjeta y el personal del hotel muy inconscientes y mal educados

Great rooms for the price!

De las dos habitaciones entregadas la una estuvo bastante decente, aunque había una toalla sucia en el baño, pero en la otra habitación, la cama, el baño y todo en general estaba muy sucio y lleno de pelos.

Didn't take cretit cards, not the best neighborhood, and the place was noisy at 6:15am, couldn't sleep after that. The room was fine.
