This is a very well located hotel, near La Carolina park, lots of restaurants and a metro stop. The rooms are comfortable and the staff extremely efficient and helpful. The only thing that surprised me was that there is no heating in the rooms BUT, even on a chilly, rainy day, we were just fine. And the price was unbeatable!

Enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Easy to walk to the botanical gardens which was our objective. Lots of dining options in the area. The roof top patio was lovely.We would definitely stay there again.

First of all the staff is amazing! They were all very kind and extremely helpful.
The hotel is super nice, clean and it’s exactly what I wanted, not a huge chain hotel with tons of people. The only thing is that they don’t have a restaurant and/or mini fridge so you have to eat out or bring something back. There are a few restaurants nearby though. (I knew that when I booked, just describing). They do offer breakfast which was pretty good before a long day of touring.
I would definitely stay there again! I truly enjoyed my experience there. Muchas gracias por todo!

Hyvä vaihtoehto lyhyisiin yöpymisiin 2-4 vrk. Siisti hotelli ja mukavat huoneet, mutta minibaarin/jääkaapin puuttuminen häiritsee.
Ikkunoiden äänieristys on heikko, joten öinen meteli lähiravintoloista voi häiritä.

Lots of nice restaurants in walking distace, specially La Pradera area in few hundred meters from hotel.
If you want an undisturbed sleep ask your room on backside, cause late evening and early morning noise may disturb the sleep on street side rooms (noise cancellation for windows could be better).

Me parece que es demasiado costoso para lo que ofrecen, el chico de recepción ( Xavier) , muy antipático , por todo hacía caras y nada amable.
Las otras dos chicas felicitaciones , en lo personal Tania me dio un buen servicio, siempre amable y con una sonrisa , felicitaciones por eso .
Pero!, definitivo si regreso no me hospedo de nuevo ahí
Que mal que por la actitud del personal, pierdan clientes
