Great Service with good price live in central of Cairo, eat breakfast with good view

Although there were some issues on the first day that required me to stay at another nearby hotel for one night, the problems were later resolved. The hotel had excellent renovations, and the staff were very friendly. It was located very close to the attractions, with convenient transportation, and there were also many restaurants around.

Solides Hotel in guter Lage. Das Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett war groß, das Bett komfortabel und es gab eine große Badewanne, die wir zum Duschen benutzt haben. Die Badewanne ist nicht zu 100 Prozent abgedichtet zur Wand, sodass Wasser durchsickert und auf den Boden läuft. Könnte man reparieren. Die Fenster haben sehr gut isoliert, man konnte den Straßenlärm nicht hören. Kairo ist generell eine trubelige Stadt. Die Zimmertüten sind hellhörig, sodass wir das Herrichzen vom Frühstücksbuffet stark wahrnehmen konnten. Hatten Zimmer 601 und 603 im Gang gegenüber Kücke. Ohropax genügten aber, sodass wir ruhig schlafen konnten. Das angenotene Frühstück war gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen, da es ein sehr gutes Preis-Leustungsverhältnis bietet und wir den Einrichtungsstil mochten.

Nice hotel. Small room, does the job. Shower drains slow, breakfast a bit meh but the staff were very nice and helpful and a great location.

Their staff are friendly but the hotel is just ok to stay at for one or two nights.

Everything was excellent overall. We left our luggage for storage for a week without any extra charges very helpful and accommodating staff.

Room was small with lots of furniture but the condition was good with a refrigerator. The bathroom was in good condition, too. Breakfast from 7-10 with good variety. Great location and walkable neighborhood. I booked a private 3-day customized tour with their travel agency and overall had a good experience.

Staff very professional. Rooms have character/charm. Many restaurants/shops walkable from hotel that’s open late. Convenient in-house Travel office Magic Carpet Tours for booking your trips. Wide range breakfast selections including your choice of eggs, fruits (love the guava), cheeses, breads, Egyptian food too. There is a small elevator since the hotel is on the 6th floor. Laundry service was great you get clothes washed and ironed same day for a reasonable price.

The room was clean and the stuff was absolutely amassing. Very helpful and welcoming. Definitely If I'll travel again to Cairo I will stay at the same hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. Good location and nice breakfast. The building was a bit outdated, Our toilet and shower leaked for the whole 3 days and could not be fixed despite the staff attempts. Also, before reaching the elevator you have to climb around 8-10 stairs which can be challenging if you have a few luggage with you.

Really loved this hotel - it is absolutely charming and the staff are so nice! We got a very nice room - with jacuzzi tub which was just the ticket after five hours at the GEM. It is on the upper floors (reception at 6th flr) of a building so somewhat muffles the street noise. And yes, there is an elevator. Highly recommend.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly! Hotel centrally located between new Cairo and Giza. Within 30 minutes of anywhere. Convenience stores and restaurants are walking distance everywhere in the neighborhood, as is the old Egyptian museum. Great breakfast service!

Could use a major update. I guess they need to get some profit first. The place is run by a family, I think. And they try very hard to keep the place clean and pleasant. I applaud them for that. If you want to get the feel of local vibes and don't mind some inconveniences, this place is well kept and cleaned everyday. The neighborhood is true local vibe. The restaurant next door serves great pizza and the biggest burrata I have seen!

Clean room with ac, fridge, kettle and ours had a nice balcony. All the staff tried their best to make our stay great. Very good breakfast buffet. On top, the hotel is located in a central area, close to many attractions, shopping areas and the Nile. It is safe to walk around.

Love the staff and there help . I will go to same hotel next time.
