The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. My question is if I don't raise this issue, will they think we took everything away when we leave and charge us for it? 2. The massage service in L2. I went to L2 around 19:30 on the first night and found no one. I asked the front desk on the 1F and they said they would let L2 contact me, but no one contacted me. The next day around 19:00, I went to the front desk again to ask if no one contacted me yesterday, can I arrange it today? The front desk said that the people in this department had already left work... Until today when I left the hotel, it was still not arranged. Is this also part of the hotel's income? Why does no one care about this business? I have stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.

This was the ideal hotel, GREAT STAFF, GREAT restaurants-all 3, GREAT location, Great Spa upscale, well maintained, very clean, beautiful lobby, staff takes care of everything. We had an exquisite Mediterranean Sea view, again LOVED the staff all throughout the hotel-those at the door, security, front desk, restaurants, spa, cleaning service, all so beautiful, friendly, helpful, etc. This hotel would be my first choice if I stay in Alexandria again!

staff is awesome specially at the reception I experienced a nice short stay Room is pretty clean Breakfast is good the only observation I think as per my experience during previous stays in other Hiltons around the world and other know. hotel chains better to make free coffee corner to let be self serving so it gets quicker or to offer the coffee over the tables as some hotels do View is really nice

Just there no breakfast for us this is the only thing I miss it I paid more than $369 Canadian dollars no breakfast they said you have to pay for it

Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us.

Hardly slept at all as the noise outside was so loud. Would not stay here in the future

The room was very nice and the staff attentive and kind. Definitely a more removed experience from the hustle of Alexandria. Stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea

Room had a stench, couldn’t even provide me with a second room key,bathroom had plumbing issues, the experience was so bad i checked out one day early as i was checking out they asked about what happened then said they were sorry as they’re fully booked so nothing could be done but i doubt that another room would have mattered Construction under the hotel and constant road noise, far from a peaceful spot as the pictures portray the property book at your own risk my room was on the “executive floor” can’t imagine what the standard floors look like

I paid 80 more to change my room to sea view, in fact it was not sea sea, I booked for three person the room was more smaller than to be for 3 person, it don't deserve to be a branch of Hilton

Lovely Staff and International Guests. Very cozy.

We were on vacation from Canada and stayed for four nights at the Hilton Alexandria after our river cruise. The hotel and staff were very good and the location is good, right across the road from the private beach. The beach has change rooms and security and is very nice; however, you have to catch a shuttle to get there due to the extremely busy roadway in between. We figured out after awhile how we could have navigated crossing the road but it is not far the faint of heart. We have no complaints about this hotel and would recommend it wholeheartedly. We used Uber to get to the sights and the location was good.
